There's no time for messing around. You want to get to President Snow and make him bleed.
You blister your way through the fancy buildings and streets and march upon the mansion. A horde of guards await you there, but you continue your all-hell-breaks-loose torrent of spell-throwing and obliterating straight through the doorway.
To your surprise, however, President Snow is ready for you, and he's holding a wand. He aims it at you, and the two of your wands connect in a peculiar way -- the same way Harry claimed his wand did with Voldemort.
CAUGHT IN A STANDSTILL, PRESIDENT SNOW'S GUARDS SURROUND YOU AND TAKE YOUR WAND. YOU WERE VERY IMPRESSIVE, EVERDEEN, BUT YOU WEREN'T IMPRESSIVE ENOUGH.
