”What?! What do you mean you’re not coming?!” Hana yelled. I nodded my head and gave her back the tickets and pass.
“Kai didn’t invite me personally, therefore I’m not going,” I said stubbornly and threw myself on the bed. I was still a little mad about him not inviting me personally like what he did to Yihyun. It felt like she is more important than me. Although he saved me a backstage pass which I was happy about, it didn’t matter anymore. I still have pride left and it seemed like Kai had too much of it to not be able to invite me nicely. He just saved it for me without saying something. Hana just looked at me.
“You’re joking, right?” she said with an unimpressed voice.
“Nope.” I said and played with my phone. I could feel Hana narrowing her eyes at me. It really amused me to see her like that because she is always giddy and happy. I returned my attention to the phone when she suddenly snatched it away from me. I looked at her stunned while she looked through it. “What are you doing?”
"I'm calling Kai," she said while pressing the screen with one hand while the other one held it.
"What?! No! Give it back!" I yelled and tried to take it from her without moving from the bed but she just took a step back, making it impossible for me to grab it without getting up.
"No! And I'm guessing he's 'jerk' in your contact list?" she asked. I rolled my eyes and dropped my torso on the bed again. She pressed the call button and put the phone against her ear. She waited a few seconds before speaking. "Hello?"
"Is this Kai?"
"It's Hana!"
"Sam is not coming," she said. She squinted her eyes while concentrating on his words. I closed my eyes and pretended to be asleep while my hands were resting on my stomach. She suddenly handed over the phone. "He wants to talk to you."
"Tell him I'm busy," I said out loud on purpose just so he would hear it. I waved my hand in dismissal. Hana suddenly pressed the phone against my ear out of my will. I understood what she was doing. "What do you want?" I said in a bored tone.
“Get over here," he said coldly over the phone.
“Who are you to boss me around?”
“Do you know that your mother is coming?” he said.
“Yeah, so? Wait, why is she coming?” What is wrong with my mother!? She barely comes to see me and now she runs over to his showcase like it's her son.
“Simple, she adores me. Anyway, that's not the main thing here,” he said. “See, the chances of me seeing her are huge. And if you're not here, the chances of me telling about your little rebellious action against her by piercing your navel are huge too.”
What the hell?! I instantly opened my eyes and sat up before grabbing the phone from Hana’s hand. She got startled from my sudden action.
"You can't blackmail me!" I yelled through the phone.
"Watch me." He said and hung up. Knowing him too well, I knew he smirked. I furrowed my eyebrows out of anger and stared at the phone. I screamed at it and Hana just stared at me before speaking, "So I guess we're going?”

After standing in the line for fifteen minutes, a security guy that spotted the two of us motioned for us to walk over to him. Hana looked at me with a question mark on top of her head and I walked over to him. She grabbed my arm and locked it with hers. “I see you two have backstage passes, you don't have to stand in line to get in." He said and looked at the laminated cards hanging around our neck. I totally forgot about it and my face brightened up. “Follow me,” the guard said and smiled before both of us scurried after him. Some girls would glare but I couldn’t care less. But seems like Hana did and I could tell by the way she clung onto me like I was a shield against them.
