2 Knights Joust

lol I have no idea what the hell happened with the formatting but Imma just go with it :D

Two knights rode forth to joust for their royal houses

Around them, cheers and shouts sounded in the thousands

One night charged with his lance aimed to defeat

In an act of bravery for his house, no option of conceit

The other looked at the lance, and spurred on as well

Would they meet the same, only time would tell

And when they finally met, the first held his lance true and high

But the second, he lowered and sliced into the other's eye

The move was illegal, yet not one person saw 

And the bloody man who fell did not damage the other's valor

One dead and thought weak, though he was the true knight

The other respected as a hero for the rest of his life

So out of these two knights, who would you rather be?

The one who won or the one who died so valiantly?
