Fade Away

How can you live every day
Knowing that all the beauty will fade?
Into the abyss, or wherever it goes
A foggy wasteland far from home
How enjoyment come from what will not last?
From what of, tomorrow, may be the past?
Lost in the wind...

Feather tips of malevolence
Endlessly corroding away
This being of beauty
Soon it fades
The light, cool wind of life
Burning a hole this time
And every time, losing things to the wind

Fog comes pure in anachronistic grace
Not fitting in, yet always stealing
The beauty of a thousand pearls
Slowly peeling
You find it unbearable to see again and again
Fade away and blend
Lose yourself... to the wind...

Excruciation is your most converted emotion
You are unable to enjoy life's salty ocean
When you sit racking your head of these gentle
Gentle fades, caressing your mental
Your mental being, they are so natural
And so purely collateral
Are you fading... losing yourself in the wind?

It is easy to fade
Like everything around you
But take time to not glaze
Over this simplistic, fading existence
Fading is easy
But it repulses you undeniably
There is no reason to lose yourself in this fickle wind
