First World Hypocrisy-P1

In this crumbling wasteland dubbed out earth,
A peculiar hierarchical system is in place
One that makes the first owners of the land
And the rest of the crumbled waste
People ask how, scratching their first-world heads
People ask why, lamenting in their third-world dread
Only a few know, and it is the ones on the top
High in that skyscraper, the owners of the whole earthly lot

Politicians, they are called on to create control and order
Oh, stop laughing, I know they are anything but
However, they pull more strings than you know, puppet
They are the orchestrators or your mind's contrast
While you sit feeling bad for who they tell you to,
They are playing politics, a game with the pawn being you
They say they can't help the third world in their democracy
But that's all just a big fat piece of first-world hypocrisy

Hm. I had to target politics at a whole one day. So I wrote this, and decided to split it in two parts. lol two for the price of one hehehee I'm so evil. Hope you enjoyed!
