'This place looks amazing, and only 70000 j a month. So glad everything made it here in one piece.' I flopped on my bed and took another look at my hand. 'So I'm finally a Fairy Tail wizard... I should go in today and get to work, maybe I can join a team.'

I got up and made my way to the guild hall, balancing on a curb.

"Lucy!" My name was called as soon as I walked in. "I want a rematch," Gray stood on top of a table.

"I'll pass," I walked passed him and up to the bar. The white hair lady was standing behind the counter. "Oh, I'm sorry I didn't catch your name yesterday."

"It's Mira-Jane, but everyone just calls me Mira," she smiled.

"Nice to meet you, Mira. Can you tell me about the guild? I've only heard that you guys are one of the most powerful guilds in Fiore."

"Well sure. We have many strong wizards here. This is only a few of them. There are also S- class wizards, most of them aren't here right now. Only Laxus and I."

"I heard my name?" A yellow haired man looked down from the second floor.

"Come meet our new member!" Mira called up to him.

"You're the girl who took Gray out with one sweep. Pretty cool, for a girl."

"Excuse me?" I was shocked.

"Don't be offended, it was a compliment."

"Wasn't a very good one.." I mumbled.

"I like her," he chuckled.

"Thanks. Continue."

"Well, a few of our more powerful wizards aren't here right now, but I would definitely watch out for them," Mira said.

"If she can take Gray down that easily, I think she could deal with hot head," Laxus called down.

"Hot head?" I questioned.

"We are back!" A voice screamed.

"Aye, sir!" A higher voice.

"That's hot head," Laxus pointed behind me. I turned around and gasped.

"It's.. You.." I could barely speak. My eyes darted to his shoulder which bared the Fairy Tail mark. 'No way...' I was close to tears.

"Whoa, Lucy? What's wrong?" Mira was concerned. "Do you know Natsu?" I gritted my teeth at his name.

"I'm ok. I've never seen him before." 'I need to stay under cover for now.'

"Who's the new girl?" Natsu asked, walking over.

"She's the one who took Gray out with no magic," Laxus came again.

"Heh. He's weak, serves him right for launching into a fight," he snickered.

"Why don't you give her a shot then?"

"If she's up to it, what do you say?" He met my eyes.

"Ok." I glared up at Laxus who just grinned down at me.

"You got this blonde."

'I know I do. Let's just see what he can do.'

"Fire dragon iron fist," he yelled, lunging at me. 'He's doing the same as Gray. This isn't worthy of my magic.' I put my hand up and stopped the punch. He looked surprised. I gripped it and threw him over my shoulder. He landed on a table that broke to millions of pieces under him. He laid there, too stunned to get up.

"Nice job, blonde," Laxus congratulated me.

"Thanks," I took my seat back at the bar. "Man that was probably a bad idea.. Now no one will want me to join their team.."

"What are you talking about?" Mira surprised me.

"Did I say that out loud..."

"Mmhmm. And I have a feeling everyone is going to want you on their team, you are a very strong wizard. I can feel your magic energy. Or, you could always be a team of one. Most of the S-class wizards are."

"You are a strong one, child," the old man sat on the counter.

"Hello, Master!" Mira greeted him. 'So this is the master..'

"You are definitely one of the manliest women I've ever met," a giant guy walked up.

"That's Elfman," Mira whispered.

"Hm. Maybe I will go solo for a while.."

"No way, you are joining our team," Natsu was back up.

"What??" I sounded too surprised.

"Yep. It's you, me and Happy."

"Aye sir!" The blue cat flew up. 'A flying cat??' "What do you say?"

"Hey, if she's on your team, I am too!" Gray ran over, now with no pants on.

"Uhh.. Your clothes.." I mumbled, twirling my finger at him.

"You are NOT joining our team," Natsu crossed his arms.

"Yes I am!"

"Why am I being dragged into this?" I looked up at the ceiling.

"It's settled!" The yelled at the same time. "Come on, let's go on a job request," they yanked me up. I gritted my teeth again at his touch.

I stopped and pulled my arms back, they went flying. "Don't I get a say in this?"

"Go on ahead, Lucy. Show them what you can really do," Bickslow stuck his tongue out.

I sighed. "Fine, I guess. But you two better not get any ideas." They instantly jumped up and ran to a bored, looking at the papers.

"What am I getting myself into.."
