"You what?!" I gasped, stepping out from the line. "Your Highness, are you sure this is a good idea?"

"Lucy, if I didn't, would I have called all you here?" The blue haired prince questioned.

"Sir, I don't think we should go through with this. We've only been here a year, and can we trust the princess? Pretty much everyone in earth land who I know is out to kill me, I took their precious dragon slayers from them."

"Hey, we came around to forgiving you, they will too. I bet your team told them everything that happened," Rouge tried to calm me down from where he stood with the line of earth landers.

"No, they probably went into hiding. They all were evil at one point, they are on the run. For all I know they could be dead.."

'Erik' popped into my head. My friend who I've hated for all these years, could be dead. I didn't get to spend time or catch up with him. If only I had known about him sooner..

"Lucy, are you going against the Prince's wishes?" Erza Knightwalker grumbled.

"Settle down, Erza. Lucy, this is the best for you," Jellal, or Mystogan said soothingly. He reminded me so much of earth land Jellal.

"Just think, we will have our magic back, and the world will no longer be in danger!" Sting pumped his fists excitedly.

"Also, I think the Edolas fairy tail guild is getting kinda annoyed with more than one Lucy here," Gajeel added.

"They aren't technically a guild, they don't use magic," Erza once again spoke only to be dismissed by Jellal.

"I'll get to see Carla," Wendy's face warmed as she thought of her old, closest friend.

"Come on, Luce. We've over stayed our visit here. It's time to go home," Natsu came up behind me and placed a hand on my shoulder. I looked up into his caring eyes.

Sighing, I nodded accepting defeat. I guess I will have to come face to face with my past some time. And the taste of magic might bring my happiness back.

It's been depressing here, the slayers being my only friends, well probably more of acquaintances. Natsu and I have definitely connected more, same with Sting.

Natsu has apologized a countless amount of times, he never meant to kill my mother or me specifically. It was a big mix up, and I should have listened to Leo when he first told me Natsu wasn't the culprit. And I guess our relationship blossomed because, well, I think I'm in love with him.

Sting said he has regretted cheating on me. He had gotten drunk and hooked up with the lady who told me about him cheating on me. Now I feel like it was a set up to separate us or she was just being a jerk. Not sure, but I've forgiven both of them and everything is peaceful again.

But still, I'm an outsider in our little group. Five dragon slayers and a celestial wizard, how would anyone expect these two types to go together? Even with out magic, the two types are so different.

"Luce?" Natsu whispered, his hand still on my shoulder.

"Oh, sorry. Just thinking. Ok, Prince, when do we get in touch with the princess?" I asked. The princess has some how gotten in contact with Prince Jellal, through the gate to the celestial world. Reports have come in that the doors have opened, but nothing will come in. One of the guards around the gate went through and almost died, he didn't have clothing from the celestial world. But, he did come back out with a note and six pairs of clothing. I identified the fabric instantly. Virgo had sent these.

"The note said your celestial spirit Horologium is waiting on the other side of the entrance for you," Jellal shifted from one leg to the other.

My celestial spirits. I still have my keys clipped in their pouch on my belt. Even though I haven't been able to use them, they've been with me in my mind ever since.

"Ok, we will be departing now. Is there anything you guys want to take with you or anyone you want to say good bye to?" I turned to the slayers. They shook their heads no. "Ok, it was nice meeting you, Prince Jellal."

"As it was to you, Lucy. Come back soon, you are always welcome here." I smiled at that and he dismissed us.

"I can't wait to return to the guild," Rouge said excitedly behind me.

"Same here, I wonder if the place has changed," Sting agreed.

"I can't wait to see Lily and Levy," Gajeel was next to join in.

"I can't wait to see Carla and Romeo," Wendy followed.

"I just want to be home with Happy and everyone," Natsu chuckled. "What are you excited to return to, Lucy?"

I sighed. I wasn't going to tell these guys that I didn't have anywhere to go once I got back. They would never let me in any guild, not after this, and I am now an enemy to the kingdom. My team probably scattered and could be anywhere. There was nothing for me to return to, so how can I be excited?

"Uhm, I guess to have my spirits and magic back," was my answer.

"Oh, that seems pretty good."

We finally found ourselves before the huge doors. In moments, we had changed into the celestial clothing. The guards stood aside and I placed my hands on each door.

"You guys completely sure you want to go back?" I asked one more time.

"Yes," everyone confirmed.

Shaking, I pushed open the doors.
