The bell rang, finally. I closed my text book, shoved it in my backpack, and stood heading for the door. Our school had a weird schedule, you had your main class where everyone learns the same thing (basic magic knowledge) in the morning for three hours, you got an hour for lunch, and then two classes after that are an hour and a half long each. Most of the time one was for extra assistance or club meetings and the other was for what magic you wanted to major in.

But for some reason I have a stupid Dragon Slayer course for both freaking periods. Apparently it's a club and a class that only certain people can take, so the whole time is necessary, especially since we are "rebellious teenagers", as Principal Makarov said when he came into class this morning and pulled me aside.

"Gray, you're going to walk into someone if you don't pay attention," Erza grabbed my arm and pulled me towards two double doors.

"Whoa, wait when did you get there?!" I freaked, pulling my arm out of her grip.

"I've been here this whole time? Have you not been listening to me talking about our lunch group?"

"Uh, no?"

"Idiot." She rolled her eyes, but continued leading me to a bigger group than I expected out in the courtyard. I spotted Lyon sitting beside Juvia and they were chatting, nice bro. Other people in the group include: Cana, Lucy, Levy, Gajeel, Natsu, Lisanna, this buff guy, another buff guy, two more guys, Evergreen and of course Mira.

"Why are there so many people?" I asked as we approached.

"Because we're tight, we've been really close since elementary school."

"Hey, there's another man in our group!" Buff guy number uno cheers.

"Is this the guy who gave you lip Mira?" The second buff guy cracked his knuckles.

"Laxus, calm down. This is Gray," Lucy grabbed my wrists and pulled me further into the group. Her foot got caught on something and she tripped, pulling me down on top of her. My hands slammed down on either side of her flushed face, catching myself so all my weight wasn't crushing her. "Whoa..."

"Yikes," I rolled off sitting up. Running my hand through my hair, I looked at her, "You ok?"

"Yeah, I scratched my elbow though," she sat up next to me.

"Here, Natsu can I borrow your scarf?" He handed it over. Taking it, I froze a chunk in the middle and tied it around her scratch. "It should defrost in a while."

"Thank you," she moved her arm around a little bit, testing it.

"No problem." I helped her up

End.
