Tears slid down my face, I was helpless as I watched my spirits pummle my former guild mates and team.

"Virgo, please just let me go," I sobbed. "Or if anything, leave them alone and take me. They don't deserve this!"

"Oh, but you do. And this is quite entertaining, is it not?" She cackled, yanking my hair up again with a jolt. "Just imagine, this never would have happened if you had just killed Natsu when you found out it was him."

"I could never kill Natsu."

"Not now maybe, but when you first joined the guild, it would have been easy. You're just trash for not getting it over with."

"You're right. I am trash." I closed my eyes and let out a shaky sigh. What if I did kill Natsu when I first found out it was him? Actually, why didn't I kill Jellal who was worse than him? They've changed since that day, but still. Things have only gotten worse, would things be different if I had killed Natsu?

Yes. I would still be alone, my only friends being spirits. I would still be a brick wall, no one allowed to pass through. I wouldn't laugh, I wouldn't feel love. I would feel nothing.

"Hey, idiot, you aren't watching," Virgo slapped my face, making me open my eyes. My mouth fell agape, staring in horror at what was about to come next.

Everything seemed to fall silent, the only sound filling my ears was Bickslow's screams. Sagittarius leapt into the air and let it rain arrows, a good dozen landing on Bickslow. Blood sputtered with every thunk, until finally one pierced his chest and the screams ceased. He collapsed to the ground.

As if it wasn't enough horror, a slash of blood splattered across my face, my eyes snapped in the direction. Wendy stood planted to the ground, her throat cut open. She was pale and speechless as she tumbled down the slope she stood a top.

"Bickslow.. Wendy.." I choked, only to be silenced by Sting. He attempted to attack Scorpio, but it was no use. Scorpio sprung at him, lodging his stinger through the center of Sting's stomach, his guts oozed out onto the green grass.

"Lucy, we gotta get out of here!" Natsu came out of no where, tackling Virgo off of me. "Run and break the keys!" My breath became heavy as Virgo clawed at his face, leaving deep scratches. "Go!"

My teeth clenched and I broke into a sprint, trying to drown out the blood curdling screams filling the air behind me. They are dying to defend me, what have I done?

My vision blurring, my heart thudding, my head pounding, the taste of vomit at the back of my throat, it felt like a dream. A dream, this has to be a dream. I tripped over a stump and rolled through pine straw, coming to see I had ran into a wooded area. The air was so dry, which was perfect.

"Satan Soul: Homura!" I screeched, letting her take over and set a patch in front of me on fire. One by one, I snapped my keys in half and tossed them into the fire, listening to the crackle.

End.
