"Here we are," Zeref stopped. I walked up next to him and looked out over the area. The high security cells had been moved out of the prison to the middle of no where, keeping the kingdom far out of the hands of trouble.
"Ok, Wendy it's time to wake up," I said softly over my shoulder. She groaned and stumbled off of me.
"I'm going in, Lucy tag along. Everyone else be on guard. If one of Lucy's spirits come out here, then that's the signal that something went wrong, but there's little chance of that happening."
They nodded and we ran towards the jail. "How are we getting in?" I asked, right on his heels.
"Blow a hole into the side of the wall, there is only one way in and out, and that is guarded so it would just be quicker this way."
"Oh! I can have Virgo dig an entrance for us, Virgo!" I pulled her key out and held it over my head. Nothing happened. "What the?? Virgo!" I tried again.
"Why isn't your spirit responding?"
"I don't know, maybe she's busy?" But shouldn't she be responding right away..? I gritted my teeth as we came closer to the wall, my speed increasing. "Zeref, fall back for a second." He slowed as I lunged into the air, throwing my arms up and slamming through the wall. It crumbled to pieces as I skidded across the floor in front of a few guards.
"What the hell?" One screamed as I got up next to Zeref and flew like a bullet down the halls.
"Well that's one way to get in," Zeref yelled over the blaring sirens.
"Just show me where they are." We took sharp corners, our pace not slowing.
"Here," he suddenly stopped and I went sliding along the floor into another wall.
"Jesus this place is so horribly built." The five were chained to the walls of the individual cell. "Are people that stupid to put all of them together?"
"Lucy?" Jellal whispered and squinted through the low light.
"Yeah it's me. We are here to get you out." With a grunt, Zeref pulled the metals bars apart and we dove in, snapping the cuffs around their wrists.
"Finally, the chains snuff out our magic," Erik said as I got to him.
"Ok, now we just need to get out of here..." I started, looking towards the wall. "Is this one of the outer walls?"
"There's a hall on the other side that leads to an outer wall," Zeref replied, knowing what I was about to do. I walked to the bars, took a deep breath in, and ran to the other side of the cell, once again going through the wall. Guards were already hurrying around when they saw me and pounced. Quick, quick!
"Leo!" I screamed, holding up his key. But he didn't come and it was too late, guards were on top of me, beating the crap out of me. I felt someone pick me up in a hurry before I blacked out.
"Lucy," Wendy's whisper woke me. I groaned and slowly let my eyes flutter open.
She sighed with relief and turned over her shoulder,"she's ok." Then sat back and began breathing heavily.
"Whoa, what happened?" I asked, sitting up a little too quickly.
"I saved you life, not the first time," Zancrow grinned sitting down next to me. "Your boyfriend was not happy when he saw me carrying you. But you should have seen him when he saw Jellal, he was over the top pissed."
