Chapter 6

'We hold a game every year where we test each others strength. There are only two ways to become an s-class wizard, and this is one of them. But no one has ever met the requirements for the spot. It's tomorrow and I want you to compete.' I remember Erza's description from yesterday. 'S-class wizard huh? I think I'll pass for now, maybe in the future but not today. I've just joined I want to get used to the place first.'

I stood in my room that led to the arena. They were announcing the names of the contestants, the people of magnolia filled the stands. My name came last and the gate slowly opened.

'Loke, if I need you would you mind going against your guild members?'

'Yeah, Ive done this every year. It's fun.'

'Ok, then. Let's do this.'

"Now, our last contestant, Lucy Heartfilia!" I walked out onto the field and saw everyone standing outside their rooms. "Here, we will be testing the strength. As you can see, no s-class wizards are on the field, they aren't allowed to play. Everyone will be going at each other, and once you are no longer able to get up, you are out."

I knew I was going to be one of the biggest targets here, and had my hands on my pouch. "Let the games begin!" They all ran towards the middle, beating up anyone they could come close to.

"Get in there, blonde," Laxus yelled from the stands. I gripped two of my keys.

"Gemini, Taurus!"I screamed. The twin spirits and the cow came out. "Gemini, turn into me. Taurus, watch our backs."

"Bedi bedi," Gemini did as told and we ran into the group.

"Lucy kick!" I screamed, landing my foot in the back of a girl who held cards. She was caught off guard and fell to the ground.

"Iron fist!" I turned around and and saw a pole of metal coming at my face.

"Taurus!"

"Moo!" He got in front and blocked the attack.

"Thanks," I said, turning away knowing he will deal with metal head. Gemini had already taken down four other members. "Thanks, Gemini!" I called out and sent them back home.

"Scorpio!" I held his key up to the sky.

"Wicked!" He yelled, taking out some more members. I looked around and saw who all was left: Elfman, Bickslow, Gray, and Natsu.

"How could you have been beaten so easily, Gajeel? A real man never loses!" Elfman looked down at metal head. Taurus did the job.

"Don't.. Underestimate the girl." I smirked at them, Taurus and Scorpio standing at my sides. I think I just got an idea to take them all out.

"Thank you Scorpio and Taurus."

"Bye miss Lucy," they said and went home. I knew them all too well, they were going to charge at me now that I've sent my spirits away. I closed my eyes and waited.

"What is she doing?" I heard murmurs from the stands. Then the footsteps came. I opened
my eyes and pulled out two more keys.

"Libra! Leo!" I called out, summoning the two spirits. "Libra, alter the gravity," I said.

"As you wish," she replied and the guys went flying up.

"Now, Loke!"

"I've been waiting to do this for years now!" He yelled and rocketed up to them. With a beam of light, the four dropped like flies with one blow. "I've never felt so powerful!" Loke was ecstatic when he came back to us.

"Thank you guys for the help," I sent them away. I looked over at the fallen members, all bruised and scratched up. No one had been able to lay a finger on me, and I still had magic coursing through my body. The crowd was silent, all you could hear was the small breeze.

"I knew you could do it, blonde," Laxus was the first to make a sound. Everyone began to cheer. "And the winner is, Lucy Heartfilia!" I smiled at everyone and met Erza's and Mira's faces. They looked too stunned for words.

"Good job Lucy," Bickslow congratulated from his spot on the ground.

"Thanks," I looked over at Natsu. "Please know that those weren't my strongest spirits and if you challenge me again, I will not go easy on you."

"You call that easy?" He coughed, trying to get up.

"It's best to stay down," I said, walking back towards the room I entered from.
