Chapter 5

*Hey look, it's another update! Will this become a regular thing now? Who knows!*

*Lucy's POV*

I anxiously sat on the lid of the toilet. Natsu stood outside the door, waiting for any indication of what was going on. My breath caught in my throat as a plus sign showed up on the test.

"Oh my god, oh my god," I felt like throwing up.

"Lucy?" Natsu's voice came nervous and scared. I threw open the door and flung my arms around him.

"We are pregnant, we are going to have a child, oh my god."

"Are you serious?" He was barely audible.

"Yes, baby. We are pregnant." His face lit up as bright as the stars.

"We are pregnant!" He cheered, picking me up and spinning around. I giggled uncontrollably as we danced around the room. It was going to happen, after months of sorrow and rebuilding, it's going to happen.

"I'm so excited! But wait, we can't tell anyone at the guild yet. We shouldn't be talking about kids when Ichiro is still missing." Natsu nodded in agreement.

"Yeah, but oh my god this is amazing," he hugged me tighter and started planting kisses all over my face.

"Can't breathe," I gasped, his grip loosened but the kisses didn't lessen. Well, not until there was a knock at the door. "Don't tell anyone about the baby, I want it to be a surprise after Ichiro is found." Natsu once again nodded and we head for the door.

Mira and Laxus stood in the doorway, Mira sobbing into Laxus's chest. "Hey, have you guys seen Rei? We took her to the store a few hours ago and looked away from the shopping cart for a second. When we looked back she was gone. In an instant, no trace of her," Laxus was choking back tears of his own.

"I'm so sorry but we haven't seen her at all. We will go out and help look for her though," I said, engulfing the two the best I could into a hug.

"Thank you, hopefully was can find her soon. Ichiro has been missing for a week now, so maybe if we find her we will find him as well. Izumi and Hiroaki have both been put into safe places under the guild hall, so they should be safe for now. Elfman, Lisanna, Cana, and a few others are out looking for them."

"Ok, come on Natsu," I grabbed Natsu's arm and we followed the couple outside.

*Time skip, because I know you all can't wait nine months.*

It's been nine months since both Ichiro and Rei have gone missing. The Royal Army has given up the search, saying they are most likely dead anyway. The two sets of parents are heart broken, I would be too if my baby were taken from me.

Speaking of babies-"Luna," Natsu exclaimed as the bubbly baby urped. The past two days have been really exciting for us, especially when we heard the words "you have a set of twins". The guild didn't find out about the pregnancy until Mira noticed the bump that had become my stomach two or three months after the big news. And now our two beautiful children have come into the world: Luna (of course I needed one of the Nalu names) and Raiden (lightning mythology god, also I love the name).

Luna has pink hair like her father and pretty much has shown every emotion from cuddling with Natsu to screaming bloody murder in the middle of the night. Raiden, on the other hand, has blonde hair and seems depressed. He hasn't giggled, smiled, cried, anything. It's scary sometimes when you pick him up and he just goes limp in your arms. Natsu said it's probably a twin thing, one is too expressive and one isn't enough but I'm not so sure. The only thing he shows is his attraction toward Laxus. Whenever the couple came over, he wouldn't keep his eyes off him and he seems a little more relaxed with him around. It's really weird.

"Lucy," Natsu whispered, bringing me out of thought.

"Hm?" I hummed looking up at him from the couch, realizing Raiden was asleep in my arms.

"Laxus is here to pick up the little ones."

"Aw, poor Raiden just feel asleep. Sorry bud," I carefully stood up and walked over to the front hallway.

"Hey little guy," Laxus whispered, and Raiden instantly awoke at his voice. "Oh, I didn't mean to wake him."

"Don't worry, he loves your company," I carefully placed him in his arms.

"Here's Luna," Natsu pushed a stroller over. She smiled when we looked down at her. Laxus laid Raiden down beside her and buckled him in.

"I'll make sure they make it to the guild, good luck on your job," Laxus smiled and left.

"Thanks again, Laxus," I smiled and closed the door. I quickly ran back to our bedroom and threw a bag over my shoulders, meeting Natsu in the living room.

"You ready, baby?" He asked.

"Yes," I cheered and followed him out into the street.
