81) Dirty Little Secrets

"Alright, sit there." Robb rolled his sleeves up and pointed at the chair at the opposite end of the table.

Levi obeyed.

Robb passed him a transparent liquid. "Drink this and then close your eyes. Try to visualize the Garden as deeply as you possibly can."

Levi scrunched his face up after downing the drink in one shot. "What the hell does it contain? Will it kill me?"

"Just some things the book said and it won't. Probably."

Levi glared at him and cleared his throat. "So how will it work?"

"With Alyssa, I just had to scan her on a map but this is difficult. It's not just a simple modification as Rachel put it. I'm not that smart to combine technology and magic. We're years away from skills like that."

"Yeah," Levi agreed, "those 2050s people have it easy."

"So I want you to place your hand on this map," Robb unfolded the poster like map before him, "and let your hand be free on it. Picture yourself walking towards the entrance or exit, whatever."

"And my hand will point it on the map?"

"The drink broke the barrier between your conscious and subconscious mind. So whatever you'll know in your mind, you'll show it here. You have to visualize it deep enough."

"What's your contribution in this?"

Robb struck his thumb behind him at his computer. "My computer is reading every single mind frequency of yours. It'll give us a more accurate radius distance of whichever city you point at."

"Okay. You got everything set up?"

"Almost." He went to the computer and typed a few things in. "I just hope it works like the book says it will."

"It will." Levi assured. "It has to."

Soon afterward, Levi did everything Robb had told him. He could see the Garden. The first time he had been there, it was covered in decaying plants. He remembered talking to Aradia before she sent him to the lake where he found Alyssa.

The second time he was there with Alyssa, the plants were green. Alyssa was near the purple rose. He focused all his thoughts on that plant. A single purple rose, as he had seen it.

Then he felt something shake him and opened his eyes.

"Man, I've been trying to wake you since long!" Robb huffed and sat back down. "You scared me for a sec there."

"Did it work?"

Robb looked down at the map and Levi followed his gaze.

"Seattle?"

"That's where the door to the prison is." Robb informed.

"So the Garden is near the cemetery?"

Robb walked over to his computer. "I got a.. fifteen mile radius and the cemetery falls within it."

"But the cemetery has a spell and we don't know yet how to break it."

"Yes. And we don't know where exactly the Garden is in that whole area." Robb added.

"The soldiers visit her. Aradia calls them just like she called Alyssa and I. Alyssa was able to use a motel door as a entrance for the Garden, only this one had living plants so I don't know how it was Garden Of The Dead, but it had the flower."
