Chapter 41: The last match! Mercury vs Xicor!

Mercury was in the medical bay when he woke up.

Mercury:"Damn...shouldn't have done that now my head is killing me"

Emily:"Mercury! Your ok!"

Emily hugs Mercury as he stood up from his bed.

Mercury:"I must have did a lot of damage to the place"

Emily:"Whis helped rebuild the arena and place just don't go all out again"

Mercury:"Ok I won't"

Emily and Mercury get closer to each other but Xicor comes into the room, making Emily get back.

Xicor:"Hope I'm not interrupting anything"

Mercury:"Dick...Anyways let's go. I'm ready"

Emily:"Mercury you sure?"

Mercury:"Don't worry Emily Its just Xicor"

Xicor:"Am I being underestimated here?"

Mercury:"Oh you have no idea"

Xicor:"Go head out Mercury, Reaper will give you a Senzu"

Mercury:"Alright well cya Emily"

Mercury kisses Emily's head and walks out the room.

Xicor:"Well have you told him?"

Emily:"I was going too but you came in!"

Xicor:"Don't blame me here! Look either I tell him or you tell him"

Emily:"I will tell him! Just go fight already jeez"

Xicor:"Fine"

Xicor walks out the room, leaving Emily alone.

Emily:"How will Mercury take the news? I hope he doesn't get mad"

At the arena.

Announcer:"Now we are at the end of the tournament everyone! We have Mercury going against Xicor!"

The crowd cheers for both the fighters.

Announcer:"Now let's start with Xicor! Xicor is possibly without argument that he is the strongest and best time patroller we have in Conton City! Let's give it to Xicor!"

Xicor comes out one side of the building and enters the arena.

Announcer:"Now we have Mercury! The son of the legendary Garrison and savior of Conton City! It's Mercury!"

Mercury comes out the other side of the arena and enters but with most girls cheering for him.

Announcer:"Now what will you do with the Dragon balls Xicor?"

Xicor:"There isn't much to wish for but I'll think of it when the time comes"

Announcer:"Ok. Now Mercury what will you do with the Dragon balls if you win?"

Mercury:"I won't be making the wish, it will be Alice"

Announcer:"Oh? Why is that?"

Mercury:"She deserves the wish more then I do as she fought with everything she had to win so she earns it more"

Announcer:"I see. Well now let's start the match yes?"

Crowd:"Yes!/Hurry up!/Go Mercury!/Xicor destroy him!"

Mercury and Xicor give each other a fist bump before walking to the edge of their respective area before the announcer talks.

Announcer:"Now are both fighters ready?"
