Chapter 77: The boiling point.

Xicor flys up to the angel and throws a punch. The angel dodges the attack and uses the staff to hit Xicor's head. As Xicor crashed into the ground, the angel fires a ki blast at Xicor and destroys the area.

Alice:"Xicor!"

Mercury:"Tch.."

Mercury gets up and transform into Super Saiyan.

Mercury:"You'll pay!"

Mercury uses instant transmission and appears in front of the angel and actually lands a punch.

Sour:"Is that all you have to offer?"

Mercury:"This is just a bit of my power"

Sour:"Hmph. I don't have time for your jokes"

Sour swings his staff around and hits Mercury with every swing.

Sour:"And begone!Symphonic Destruction"

Sour used his finger and swings it around with a massive wave of ki throwing Mercury around like a tornado.

Eleso:"Dad!"

Alice:"Eleso! Wait!"

Eleso jumps up to Sour and throws a punch on Sour's back.

Sour:"Have a death wish now?"

Sour hits Eleso with his staff, Eleso falls back to ground and Mercury watches it all unfold in front of him.

Mercury:"You've made a big mistake..."

Sour:"Empty threats are nothing. Just die already"

Sour uses Symphonic Destruction but Mercury fought against it.

Sour:"Why aren't you being thrown around?"

Mercury:"..."

Sour:"Answer me!"

Mercury:"I don't talk to dead people"

Sour:"What-"

Mercury lands a punch in Sour's gut. Sour looks up to see Mercury in his White form.

Sour:"W-White..."

Mercury:"So you know this form. Then you should know not to mistake me for being weak"

Sour:"It's still nothing to my full speed"

Mercury:"Let's test that theory then. But before we do"

Mercury uses instant transmission and appears next to his son.

Eleso:"D-Dad?"

Mercury:"I'm here Eleso"

Mercury picks Eleso up and carries him to Alice.

Mercury:"Please take good care of him"

Alice:"S-Sure"

Mercury gives Eleso to Alice and turns around.

Mercury:"Sour! I will defeat you!"

Mercury flys up to Sour and throws a kick. Sour blocked the attack but Mercury punches Sour from above. Sour gets back and Mercury just cracking his knuckles.

Sour:"You're actually able to land something in for once. But it won't match up my top speed!"

Mercury:"Huh-"

Sour had his fist landing in Mercury's stomach in an instant. Sour takes his fist back and slams Mercury back into the ground, next to Xicor.

Mercury:"Damnit..."

Mercury gets up but is groggy.

Sour:"Amazing. You managed to survive only some of my power"

Mercury:"Heh...I can keep going"

Sour:"Hmm...Sadly I won't let that happen"

Sour raised his hand and formed a ball of destructive energy.

Sour:"Goodbye"

The ball surrounds Mercury and caused immense pain. Mercury screams in pain as Xicor is recollecting himself.

Xicor:"Mercury!"

Sour:"You're still alive?"

Xicor gets back up but Sour knocks Xicor out with a chop on his back neck.

Sour:"Now to let things play out"

Mercury:"N-Not Yet!"

Sour:"What?"

Mercury begins charging as the destruction energy slowly takes its affect on Mercury.

Sour:"Give it up. Even your White form isn't enough to break it.

Mercury continues charging while Sour still mocks him.

Sour:"Even with you somehow breaking free, I can just form another one"

Mercury:"Shut up!"

Sour:"Speaking to an angel like that? Shameful"

Mercury continues charging his Ki until he starts to give off heat.

Sour:"Huh?"

Mercury:"I won't...give up! I can't and I won't!"

The steam around Mercury starts breaking the destruction energy and the steam leaks out.

Sour:"Is that-?"

Mercury screams out and the destruction energy is broken by the steam. Mercury stands their with his clothes being ripped apart and him having his eyes closed.

Sour:"How did you-?"

The steam starts to appear and a glow surrounds Mercury as he raised his head and open his eyes to reveal them being sliver.

Mercury:"I told you I will show you my power"
