Chapter 45: Movie Offer

        "I can't believe this! She accepted the movie project with that jerk? Hah!" Halos magwala si Tanner after knowing na tinanggap ni Cora ang movie offer sakanya. Kung saan ang sikat na movie actor na si Kurt ang makakapareha nya. Na very vocal sa mga interview na crush nya ang dalaga. Kaya naman mas nagpupuyos ang kalooban ni Tanner.

      "Dude,it's just a movie." Will said trying to calm Tanner.

       "Yeah. And beside that's one of her dream. To make a movie. Tapos bida pa sya. Im sure Cora is so happy." Luis.

        "Luis is right. Career move ito for her. Just support her, dude. You trust her naman di ba?" Will.

        "Ofcourse! I trust her. But i dont trust that jerk." Inis parin na sabi ni Tanner.

        "Kung natethreaten ka sa Kurt na yon. Do something para magkaayos na kayo ni Cora. Para mabantayan mo sya. Kase sa ngayon na cool off kayo,wala kang say dude." Luis.

        "But he's still the boyfriend, Luis." Will.

        "Yeah. He's the boyfriend. But Cora is mad at him right now. Hindi sila okay. That's why you have to do something para maging okay kayo, dude. Tapos na ang project mo kay Thea. Idispatsa mo na sya." Payo ni Luis dito.

        "You have a point there, Luis. When theres Thea around,it will just worsen your problem with Cora. Thea is just your ex. You have to prioritize Cora, simply because she is your girlfriend now, dude." Will.

        "I know. But she doesn't want to talk to me." Problemadong sabi ni Tanner. "Im afraid that i might lose her because of the space shes asking me."

        "Oo nga pala. She's asking you for space. Pero baka nga naman ng dahil sa space na yan masingitan ka ng Kurt na yon. But I know Cora. She's not an easy girl para mahulog kaagad sa Kurt na yon." Luis.

       "Pero maraming pwedeng mangyari habang nagkakasama sila dahil sa paggawa ng movie." Will.
   
       "Ugh! Your not helping guys!" Reklamo ni Tanner sa dalawa na napasabunot sa sariling buhok. "I dont know what to do. It's making me insane. I dont want to lose her." Frustrated na pabagsak na sumandal sya sa couch.

       Pareho namang nakacross-arms na nakatingin sakanya ang dalawang kaibigan na nag-iisip din kung paano matutulungan si Tanner.

        "Congratulations!!!!!!" Sabay-sabay na bati ang bumungad kay Cora pagkapasok nya sa condo nya. Jerome and her friends  planned a surprise celebration para sa dalaga dahil sa movie offer na gagawin nito with Kurt.

       "Woah! Im not expecting this guys. Thank you." Overwhelmed na sabi ng nakangiting si Cora.

       "So, let's eat and party all night!" Hyper na sigaw ni Jerome na hinila na papasok ang alaga saka isinarado ang pinto.

       "I like that idea. Tamang-tama im free tomorrow. But after that im going to get busy na because I have to prepare for the movie. And im going to start with the acting workshop." Masayang sabi ni Cora na halatang excited sa project na gagawin.

       "Ahhhh.... Im really happy for you, Ate Cora." Malambing na sabi ni Kisses sabay yakap ng mahigpit kay Cora.

      "Oh, thank you so much, baby girl." Ginantihan naman ito ng yakap ni Cora.

       "I wish my Kuya Tanner is here to celebrate with us." Malungkot na sabi ni Kisses kaya natigilan si Cora. "Sana magkaayos na kayong dalawa, Ate." Hopeful na tinignan nito sa mukha si Cora.
