I felt like I couldn't breathe.
My lungs felt like they were on fire. I wanted to rip my hair from my head. I itched to scratch the fuck out of my arms.
"She's safe now and in good care Ellie. Eliza is with her too." Calum dodged my request for her location.
"You need to tell me where they are now!" I demanded.
"I can tell you it's a private hospital in Mexico. The best specialists are on board to make sure she's stable." Calum explained but it was not good enough.
"Where in Mexico is my mother and sister?" I screeched into the phone.
I heard some commotion before the phone was being passed to someone.
"Talk to Calum like that ever again and I'll rip your tongue out." Eliza's icy voice shocked me.
I nearly dropped the phone hearing my sister's voice for the first time in years. My heart didn't have time to feel all the lovey dovey feels. I needed to get the facts and I needed to know right then.
"Eliza! What the hell is going on?"
"Our mother was set up, that monster... He nearly got her killed. Eleanor I don't think she'll make it. I'm scared sister, I'm really scared." Eliza said voice shaking.
A hand clutched the collars of my shirt together as I tried to soothe myself. I couldn't lose it but I knew I definetly would if nobody told me anything.
"What happened Eliza? Explain to me please." I begged.
"We were talking in our cell and these guards took us to another building. Somewhere far from the cells. I should have known Eleanor but I didn't until they told her to get on her knees." Eliza sobbed and I start crying with her.
"They treated her like a dog and all I could do was watch. Every time I tried doing something it only made it worse for her. I held our mother as much as I could before we were separated again. I called Calum the second I could and he helped us escape using my mom's medical state as a ruse."
"Eliza where are you? I'm coming." I sniffed. I felt Harry's eyes burning into the side of my face. He was starting to say something but I turned around so I could ignore him.
"It's not that I don't want you to know Elle. It's just that we all have eyes on us at the moment. Especially you, how has nobody reached out to you?" Eliza asked.
"I wouldn't know if they have or haven't. Harry made me throw away my phone and dye my hair." I murmured.
"Smart of him I guess. I still don't know Eleanor. Have you been able to leave the country?"
