Erza's POV:

I woke up suddenly and squinted my eyes as the sunlight managed to come in through the curtains drawn across my window. In about half an hour I was dressed up and in the kitchen.

Yesterday, when Lucy showed me the city, she also showed me the market. We didn't actually go in there as she said that it is crowded most of the time, we just looked at it from a nearby street it.

I got my purse and mobile, tucked them into my jeans pocket and started off to the cafe. I didn't really catch its name yesterday, so I called it, 'the cafe'.

I was wearing a deep pink coloured T-shirt and light blue jeans. I walked to the cafe and ordered the same as yesterday. I sat patiently at the table waiting for my order.

'I can't afford to eat outside everyday... I should pay a visit to the market soon. I could get some bread, milk, eggs and vegetables.' I thought. My order came and I gobbled up the delicious cake in no time. I left the cafe after paying for my order and started walking towards home.

When I reached the gates, I saw someone at the door. I walked over to them and asked, "Excuse me, who do you want?"

The man looked at me and replied, "I am looking for a Erza Belserion. Do you happen to know her?"

"I am Erza Belserion. What do you need from me?" I said, giving him a quizzical look.

He pulled out and envelope from his bag and handed it to me. I took the envelope and looked at the sender's name. 'Juliet Sun', it read.

The guy in front of me asked me to sign on a receipt. I did that and he walked away. I unlocked the door and went inside. Plopping down on the sofa, I tore open the envelope and emptied it on the table.

There were three sheets of paper inside. I picked up the first one and started reading. It was a letter from Juliet-

     Dear Erza,
Along with this letter, I have sent you the details you need for your school. All the information about your admission and stuff is in there. Do not forget to take this with you on your first day.
Also, just to remind you, your high school starts this Monday, 1st April. Don't forget. Call me if you need anything. Hynhe is going to come over on Tuesday to fix any problems with the house. Take care and enjoy!!
                                        Yours,
                                     Juliet Sun.

I kept the letter aside and looked through the school stuff. 'Monday... Today is..' I looked at the day in my phone. 'Today is Sunday!! Shit! School starts tomorrow...' I ran to my room and dashed towards my bags. I opened the one in which I hoped I had my uniform.

I dug through the bag, at last finding it at the bottom. I pulled it out and patted it, trying to remove the creases.

I laid it out on my study table. I grabbed a good backpack and put in a couple of notebooks and a pouch. I kept it beside my uniform and let out a sigh.

At about 12:30 I had lunch at a restaurant nearby. Then I decided to go to the market and buy foodstuff. I entered the market and saw a vast variety of food items.

I went into a grocery store and bought some vegetables. The grocer was very polite and helped me pick the good ones. There were a variety of different shops selling goods of which most I'd never seen before.

I brought all that I needed. The market was a crowded place, but that only made it easier to find the places I needed to go to.

I walked through the market after my shopping was done. I tried to explore the roads and know them better and walked through the market, wandering.

It became dark as I walked and I decided to return home before I lost my way in the market.

I had a sandwich for dinner and I went to sleep early. I set an alarm for 7 a.m. and went to bed. I was feeling tired after the little trip to the market and was out like a light.

Morning

Erza's POV:

A loud noise woke me from my slumber, making me groan. I reluctantly sat up and slammed my hand on the alarm clock blaring on the table beside the bed. The noise stopped and I slowly got up from bed and started the morning routine.

After a cold shower, I wore my new high school uniform and went down to the kitchen with my backpack clutched in one hand. I placed it on the counter and started to make toast.

I left for school with fifteen minutes to spare. The school was a short walk from home and I reached there in about five minutes. I went inside the building, searching for the principal's office.

After a little help from passers-by and signs, I reached the office. I knocked on the door and heard a muffled "Come in!" from inside.

I quietly stepped inside and the door swung close. Sitting on the chair was a very short, old man with white tufts of hair coming from either side of his head. He spoke,"You must be Erza Scarlet, our new transfer student."

     I replied instantly, "Yes sir."

He gave me a slip of paper that had my classroom and timetable. I took it and said,"Thank you.", bowing down.

As I turned to leave the office, he spoke again,"All the best, Erza. I hope you will have a wonderful time here."

I gave him a nod and hurriedly got out of the office. Then, I started searching for my classroom. 'Third floor...2-B..'

When I reached the classroom, I saw a blue haired girl standing at the door bowing down and apologizing repeatedly to someone inside the room.

I looked at my watch. '8:10 a.m.... She's late... and so am I..' I saw her going inside and walked to the door slowly. I saw the teacher from the door and I softly knocked to gain his attention.
