Chapter 35
I began to write down the words as I copied down Kayla's notes. I haven't been to school in two days since I was sick as a dog and dad didn't want me getting anybody sick. So dad would bring me my homework and he said that I had nothing to worry about. The good thing was that I didn't have to be at hell. Yes I'm calling it hell again!
I missed that word for my school...
Also Tyler has been an amazing boyfriend! He would come and cuddle with me and even watch movies with me even though it has only been two days.
I sneezed in the other direction as I grabbed a tissue and blew Into it.
"Honey, I got your soup." Mom came in as she set it on my bedside.
"Mom." I groaned. "You didn't have too. Your not healthy yet."
She raised a brow and frowned.
"I'm not healthy..."
"Yet! Mom your the strongest person I know, your gonna make it!"
She looked at me and sniffed.
"Promise?"
I wasn't sure about that. I have been getting nightmares about her and her dying. Her never coming home. I closed my eyes.
"I'm sure." I nodded.
She smiled and kissed my head as she left my room. I sighed and began to finish my soup as I wrote down the notes I missed for class. I finished the soup as I put it down aside. Cody walked in as he barked.
"Hey boy-" I sneezed again.
Cody gave me a look. He then suddenly moved a small ball towards my direction. I frowned as I sat next to Cody.
"Sorry bud, I can't. I'm sick."
He snorted as he gave me puppy eyes.
"I'm sorry Cody. I can't and I don't want you to get sick."
He did a small dog frown.
"Maybe you can play with Carly. She's been sad these past couple of days." He put his head against mine as I smiled.
He wagged his tail and walked away finding Carly. I looked at the clock and took out my phone as I called my job.
"Hello?" My boss said.
"I'm sorry I wasn't there yesterday, I should of called but I forgot. Anyways I'm sick as a dog and-" I sneezed again. My eyes got watery and I probably looked like a mess right now which isn't attractive.
"I can't come in until I feel at least a bit better." I panic thinking that he would be mad at me.
"Unless I can come since you want me to-" I was cut off by laughing.
"Helena, Helena, it's okay." I sighed in relief.
"You can come when you feel better. I hope you get better." I nodded but then remembered he wasn't standing right in front of me.
"Thank you so much!" We said bye and we both hunged up.
I sighed as I laid back into my covers and watched movies.
I saw a bright light as I went towards it. I finally reached it and grabbed it. I felt dizzy. Confused. I looked around at my surroundings. I was in a dress and something was covering my head. I look to see a casket on the floor just lying there as everybody surrounded it. I was at a funeral. I gasped as I looked at the scene. A preacher was saying words and looking at the bible. I see everybody crying. Jen was hugging a guy and that guy was holding Carly. It was dad!
