Baby Reveal

Here I am stroking my three-month almost four tiny bump. It hadn't grown into a huge bump yet, it was small and tiny. There was a real baby growing inside of me.

A baby which was a piece of Shawn and I, something beyond incredible.

It was slightly noticeable which I was thankful for because we haven't even told our families just yet but I'm going to tell them today. Fortunately at work I've been able to hide it by wearing oversized sweatshirts.

My morning sickness had decreased which I was ecstatic about but some days I still would be sick. In general I was fine however Shawn complained I had mood swings which I think he was overreacting about because I was completely normal.

I put on a black dress which clung to my body showing the ever- so-slight bump. I did my makeup and my hair before putting my heels on. I stood in front of the mirror for a few minutes trying to prepare myself. I was so excited and nervous to tell my family tonight.

Shawn walked in with messy wet hair from the shower before he leans down to kiss my forehead.

"Let me dry your hair" I say pulling his hand making him sit by the vanity. I pull out the blow dryer before plugging it in.

"Can you put some of that coconut oil thing in my hair?" He asks looking up at me and I grin.

"Of course I can" I say as I pull out the bottle of my coconut oil. I pour a little bit into my hands and rub it in between my hands to spread it evenly. My fingers ran through his hair massaging his scalp.

He closes his eyes and leans back just enjoying the massage. Once the oil was put in, I dried his hair making the oil be absorbed by his scalp. "All dry and curly again" I say twirling a strand in my hair as his hand rubs up and down the back of my thigh.

"Are you excited?" He asks and I nod.

"I'm excited and nervous at the same time, and overwhelmed too" I say and he smiles at me.

"We're going to your parents house first then mine" he says and I nod. In an envelope we put a picture of the ultrasound and a pregnancy test which we were going to give to my family to open.

"I'm so excited! My parents are going to my grandparents for the third time" he beams and I smile.

"Well, its the first time for my parents" I say and he laughs.

He changes his clothes while I wash my hands and then put away my makeup. I pull out a cardigan to wrap over myself and cover up the small bump until the pregnancy is revealed.

"You look so beautiful" Shawn mumbles as his arm wrap over my shoulders and he rested his head in my neck.

"Thank you, don't look too bad yourself" I say and he laughs quietly. He spins me around before pressing his lips to mine. We went soft and slow before his teeth dug lightly into my bottom lip and he lightly sucked on it making moan. We deepened the kiss before we pulled away to catch our breaths. He stared at me intently making me blush slightly before I rested my head onto his chest.

"Were having dinner at my parents house and then we can go to your parents house after" I say and he nods before letting me go to grab his car keys.

The whole drive was silent with Harry Styles playing in the back ground. Shawn's hand didn't leave my thigh the whole ride to my parents house. Once we parked up, my nerves were kicking in. I took deep breaths and Shawn tried his best comforting me and trying to get me to relax.
