Dia's villain costume design above. Chisaki (Overhaul) designed Dia's costume. He only makes her wear it when he takes her to business matters with him. Otherwise she wears a plain white short sleeve dress like Eri's that's pretty battered from her wearing it during training (When she's tortured, she's naked).
Design decisions~ -Silver pieces on the wristband, giving her access to metal that she can control 24/7 -Light flowy and comfortable material -Long sleeves to hide the scars on her arms (she has lots of scars on her legs too but I didn't draw em) -Silver rings on her big toes so she can turn them into thin blades while kicking at an enemy. -Bronze lining on the corset to match Overhaul's beak. -The colors match Overhaul's outfit/beak as well. -Japanesish style dress under corset that's slit high on the sides and short for better mobility -Barefoot because of the animal part of her quirk -Lace made of vines around her shins so she can have greenery at her control at all times. -Spikes on choker that she can expand and bend to her will -Crystals for buttons so she use them as deadly jagged blades when she controls them -Tatas out for Chisaki's viewing pleasure
