Despite the many reports that their relationship has come to an end, Kat and Tom were still together, and stronger than ever if anything.

Sure, there had been small arguments here and there but at the end of the day, they knew they wanted to be with each other and never went to sleep mad at one another.

Two months had gone by and while Kat was nearing the end of her film with Nate, Tom had finally managed to get his first break from his movie.

Of course though, his plans to surprise and spend the weekend with Kat was ruined when his publicist called and insisted he take Danielle to the latest award show- to promote the new movie.

Kat, of course, reassured Tom that she didn't mind- especially after her own team told her that she had to take Nate with her to the same event.

They both did swear to catch up with each other during the event though- even though it soon enough proved to be harder than they initially planned.

That's why Tom found himself frustrated seeing Kat on stage with Nate, the two laughing amongst themselves while the audience's attention was on the video playing introducing all the nominees up for the award they were presenting.

"I mean, I'm not going crazy, right? They shouldn't be touching that much."

"You are crazy cause they're barely touching."

"Oh cmon! Look at her hand on his shoulder and his hand on her back. That's too much."

"What are they supposed to do? Stay a couple feet apart?"

"You know, that wouldn't be such a bad idea."

"Cmon, Tom," Danielle laughed when the cameras were back on them and they announced the winners, prompting an applause from the audience.

He only stiffened up more seeing Nate lead Kat off the stage, his hand still too comfortable for Tom's liking.

"I think I'm going to head backstage- to see Kat."

"Okay," Danielle shrugged, grabbing her bag, "Let's go."

"Actually," Tom bit his lip, "I was going to go alone- don't worry though, I'll send Nate back to you."

"Oh. Yeah. Okay..."

When Tom did get backstage, he almost wished he hadn't gone when he saw Kat and Nate in close proximity as they whispered in the other's ear.

Feeling his jaw clench, he began to make his way towards the two when Kat slapped Nate's shoulder excitedly and pushed him away.

Even if he wasn't with her anymore, Kat would still be hearing a piece of Tom's mind.
