"Cmon! Smile for uncle Nate, cmon beautiful girl!"

When Nate was only met by a pout, he sighed, finally putting his phone down.

"Either she doesn't like me or..."

"It's not that. She misses her brother."

"Bu-but when Mateo's here, he's always super happy."

"That's cause Mateo is mama's little boy and Theo... as much as I don't like to admit it, she is so daddy's little girl."

"Well this just sucks."

"I know," she laughed, "But here, try to play peekaboo with her. She loves that."

Nate did as told, getting a few laughs from her, making him finally relax as he played with the baby when Kat's phone rang.

"It's Tom. It might be about Mateo. Can you watch her?"

"Duh."

"Is Theo as miserable as Mateo is?"

"Yup. But Nate's managed to distract her a little from all the sadness."

"Lucky you. Camila's been trying everything and Mateo is just looking at her."

"Really? Peekaboo's not even working?"

"No! Which is so weird cause he's usually so happy but now he just gives Cami and I the most confused look-"

"Kat! Look at her go!"

"Holy shit."
