The days leading up to Christmas Eve was the most nervous Tom and Kat have ever been.

Normally, they'd be excited to celebrate one of their favorite holidays with their family but now they were more anxious than anything.

She may have gotten a bit of reassurance after Tom continued insisting he tell Harrison and when he finally did tell him, he was over the moon with the news.

She felt better thinking her family would be reacting the same way, all their family would and she couldn't wait to tell them too- no matter how overprotective Harrison turned since the news was shared with him.

"You're being ridiculous," Kat frowned at Felicity, Harrison and Tom, "I can carry bags."

"Hey, I agreed," Felicity huffed, attempting to pull the two bags along.

"Shut it, Felicity," Tom glared, "Love, you focus on Tessa. Is her bandana on right?"

Kat almost felt bad for Tessa.

They had barely returned back home to her and the first thing they did was put her in a silly little outfit.

They wanted her to be a part of the announcement though, after all she was already a huge part of their tiny family.

"She's good. Please, let me just hel-"

"Katalina so help me god if you put any strain on my god baby, I will end you."

Kat's eyes widened at Harrison's comment but he just went inside with a laughing Felicity.

"And you thought Tom was overprotective."

Tom smirked a bit to himself as he followed them with Kat and a tired Tessa following close behind.

She immediately let Tessa off her leash, going around to greet her family while Tessa went straight to Kit-Kat's bed.

Neither of them really noticed since there was a bunch of family to greet but when Tom did, he was not happy.

"Tessa! No! Darling, daddy's going to get all sneezy again."

"Calm down, Holland," Kris chuckled, "That's a new one. We already got rid of all the hairs everywhere down here. There's only evidence of Kit-Kat upstairs."

Kat excitedly began to make her way to the stairs but Tom stopped her, "Don't you dare."

Kat huffed, staying put in her spot beside Tom, "Fine. Go wake Tess up then. People need to see the bandana."

"Let her rest for a bit. She's probably exhausted from all the errands we ran. Besides, we have plenty of time."

"Fine," she shrugged, going over to the kitchen where she immediately went for the laid out snacks.
