It was the beginning of April the next year when the symptoms started.

Tom, Kat and the twins had just returned home after spending the month in LA with Alex, Zendaya and the new baby.

Baby Coleman-Deleon was precious and definitely made Kat miss the newborn phase- she just didn't expect the possibility of getting it back and for it to be happening so soon.

Still though, her and Tom have been trying right after Zendaya gave birth, neither of them being able to help themselves after seeing just how cute the baby was and how happy the new moms were at their new arrival.

"Tommy, can you watch the twins for a bit? I need to-"

"Holy fuck."

"What?" Kat frowned, stopping mid sentence as she set Theo down.

"Felicity's in labor."

"What?!"

"Yeah," Tom laughed, "All the texts and calls are coming in now- we need to go!"

"But-"

Kat sighed when Tom scooped Theo up and quickly rushed outside with her and Mateo.

She really wanted to go too, but she also really wanted to get those pregnancy tests.

Still, she followed Tom instead, knowing Felicity and Harrison probably needed them.

When they did get to the hospital to see everyone else already waiting there too, she felt the memories pour in of when Kris gave birth, Zendaya... and when she gave birth to the twins.

She thought a lot about it while Mateo was sitting on her lap talking nonsense to Paddy who was trying to act like he understood every word he was saying.

Tom was talking to Sam when he noticed her staring off into space, telling him something was on her mind.

"You alright, love?" he whispered to her, snapping her out of her train of thought.

"Yeah. I was just thinking... one of my biggest regrets today is not having my family there when I was in labor."

"You had them there at the end," Tom tried to reason with her.

"I did. And sure, I ended up with less of a headache because of it but now, seeing all their family here with balloons and bears and just waiting for them- I just wish I called them sooner."

"Me too. You were a handful," he chuckled, earning a slap on the arm from Kat.

"You dick. Your children were literally tearing me apart-"

"I'm kidding!" he laughed as he wrapped an arm around her shoulder to kiss the top of her head, "Besides, once we finally get another baby in you, you'll have the chance to call them sooner this time around, even though I can totally handle you on my own because you are an angel-"
