It was Christmas day and Kat wasn't particularly happy for the first time.

Not only did she have two fully energized kids running around the house so early in the morning (which she didn't get considering they went to sleep at about two AM) but pregnancy really reached an all time high that morning.

"It's like, I'm so fucking tired and my back is killing me but I just- every time I lay down I just, I want to get back up."

Tom frowned as he continued to rub her back, "Are you... are you sure you're not in labor, love?"

"No. I can't be. I- remember? The last time we thought I was in labor it was just Braxton Hicks? I don't want to put the twins through that again."

Tom smiled, "Remember when we first told them?"

"Yeah," Kat giggled, "They had no idea what we were saying."

"Hey! I think they did. They kept saying baby after we told them."

"Yeah... I'm actually surprised they weren't more upset. Usually kids are upset about getting a little brother or sister."

"Speaking of- did we really not have to find out the gender?"

"Yes," Kat rolled her eyes, "I can't believe you're seriously still complaining. This might be our last baby-"

"It won't be."

Kat only gave Tom a look when the twins ran in followed by their new toys.

"Mummy, daddy, play now?"

"Daddy will play but mummy has to go get rest, doesn't she?"

"I'll try," she sighed as she stood up, "But no promises."

"Try, okay?" Tom frowned, brushing her hair back, "I need you and baby Holland to be okay."

"We're fine," she rolled her eyes playfully, "You make sure my other babies are okay."

With that she bent down to be at the kids' eye level to pull them both into hugs.

"Merry Christmas, my loves."

"Happy Christmas, mummy."

Giving them all kisses, Kat went up to her room and immediately got into bed.

Rubbing her stomach, she sighed, "Please let mommy sleep, baby. You've been so good these past nine months- don't do me wrong now."

Instead of sleeping like she originally planned with Tessa cuddling her side and tried so hard to do- she found herself groaning when she felt the need to use the bathroom.

"I already went- ugh."

Kat slowly got up and made her way to the bathroom, sighing in relief when she sat on the toilet.
