"What's a pop culture reference that has to do with a bell pepper?" Kat asked Tom who shrugged as he continued to read the instructions for the rocking chair Kat insisted on having.

"I'm not sure, love. Don't you think if you keep posting these random fruits, fans will start to catch on?"

"Probably. But I am having too much fun with this," she mumbled, continuing to google bell pepper.

Tom finally put the instructions down, taking his glasses off as he peered over to look at her screen, "So far you've gotten that Call Me By Your Name scene, Antoni with an avocado, a throwback to the Lemonade album, Eve biting into an apple, a 'turnip for what' meme, do you really need to continue?"

"Until we announce our pregnancy, yup... do you think they have a bell pepper toy I can get Tess?"

"How about you eat a bell pepper?" Magdalena asked, snapping them out of their conversation when she placed a plate in front of Kat.

Her smile instantly fell.

She loved her mom more than anything, always has and always will. But having her stay with her and Tom the past two weeks have been a living hell for Kat.

She wanted nothing more than for her to pack her things and go back to Mexico.

"I already had your healthy food yesterday-"

"And you need to have it today too. Especially if you're going to be standing and in heels, nonetheless! You need the strength so eat."

Kat huffed as she picked up the fork, reluctantly taking a bite of the food- trying to hide her look of disgust.

"Thomas. You put all your dirty clothes in the hamper, right?"

"Yes ma'am."

"Okay, I'll get started on your laundry now."

Kat rolled her eyes when Magdalena walked off and she managed to swallow the disgusting food, "At least now I know what it would've been like if she would've had a son."
