"Oh how cute would this be for our bubba?" Kat cooed, turning to show Tom the small onesie.

"Which one?"

"Woah," Kat grew wide eyed, "I keep forgetting there's gonna be two."

Tom chuckled a bit, shaking his head, "Shouldn't we wait until we get home to buy all the baby stuff?"

"Why does it matter?" she protested, putting the onesie in their cart, "Clothes is clothes, doesn't matter where we get them."

"Yes but clothes back home is easier to take to our home. Here we'll just have to get another suitcase-"

"How much do you think I'm going to buy?" Kat gasped, earning a look from Tom, "Fine. I'm going to buy a lot."

"Which is why we should wait-"

"But look how cute this is!"

"Fuck," Tom mumbled, looking down at the tiny overalls, "That is cute."

"Okay so I'll buy two so they can match."

Tom laughed, "Which is how you're going to end up getting another bag entirely."

Kat only brushed him off as she continued to shop, Tom noticing almost immediately the lack of dresses.

"Wait. Won't we need bows for their heads so people can tell that they're girls?"

"Girls?" Kat laughed, "One girl, one boy maybe. But they're not both girls."

"Hey! They can be!"

"Tom, your mom gave birth to all boys."

"Your mum gave birth to all girls," he protested, standing his ground.

"Touché," Kat mumbled when Tom held up a dress.

"We wouldn't be able to return it if there's no girl."

Tom shrugged as he placed it in the cart, "We'll just save it for the next baby."

Kat laughed at that, "We'll just make the boys wear it. We're going to be cool non gender conforming parents, babe."

"I'm down," Tom shrugged, "I do think we're having a girl though so I'm just going to keep..."

Kat rolled her eyes watching him pick out different dresses and bows from the girl's section, throwing everything into the cart with ease, filling it up quickly.
