Althea's high hope crashes as she knows that her three younger sibling will be sad if she spends her Saturdays at the store.

"Dad .... Bakit may ganong rule?" Althea lamented.

"Oo nga, I don't understand, bakit may voting process pa Love?" they heard Laura said while walking towards them with a tray of juices for them.

"Well, kesa naman mahirapan kami ng Mommy mo na mag-explain sa mga kapatid mo, bakit lagi kang wala every Saturday. Also, let's start your training by convincing your siblings to get a vote in your favor." Victor said.

"I'm sorry baby, but I have to agree with your Daddy. Parang convincing a customer to buy your product. Well that is a good start, Love." Laura said even she sees sadness all over Althea.

"But why do I need more three votes, I only have four siblings?" Althea asked

"Because your mommy's vote and I only counts as one and our vote is 'No', therefore you need three yes votes from your siblings." Victor explained.

"What?" Althea exclaimed

"This is going to be exciting. Let's start the voting then. Lauren, Carrie, Nathan, come over here, Ate Althea wants to ask you something" Laura called and they happily run towards them.

"What is it Ate?" Lauren asked.

"I asked Daddy earlier if I can work on the store every Saturdays. You see guys, I need to do this because I want to prepare for the time that I get to handle the business. Daddy said that he will only allow me to work at the store,  if I get a yes votes from you guys." Althea begins explaining.

"Does this mean, you will miss Kuya Vino's soccer games?" Carrie asked and Althea nodded

"Does this mean that we will not have lunch with you every Saturdays Ate?" Lauren asked and she also gets a nod from Althea.

"Nobody will sleep beside me on nap time." Nathan said and it made Althea even sadder.

"Can I ask a question Ate?" Vino asked and Althea nodded. "Will this makes you happy?" he asked and Althea replied "Yes"

"Fine, I will vote for a yes, because Ate said that this makes her happy. I'm ok if you will miss my games Ate, I will just ask Mom to record it for you to watch after your stint at the store. Perhaps we can work on having lunch with you, since we usually eat out for lunch during weekends anyway." Vino declared

"Ok, my vote is a yes too." Lauren said.

"Daddy can we bring Ate to the store before we watch Kuya's soccer game?" Carries asked

"Yes baby, that is possible, if Ate wanted it to." Victor replied

"Of course, I like that Daddy." Althea replied

"Then, I am voting for a yes." Lauren said.

"Congratulations Ate Althea, you got three yes votes already, enough na para pumayag si Daddy." Laura said

"Thanks Mommy, but I want to hear Nathan's vote on this" Althea said.

"I don't like, nobody will sleep beside me at nap time" Nathan said

"I can do that on Saturdays while it will be Ate's turn on Sundays. Right Ate?" Vino said.

"Ok, I vote for yes too" Nathan said and Althea could not help but hug them all.

Victor and Laura sees how happy Althea on the result of the voting for her training at MWAS store. "I think, I like this voting process. I declared this as the new tradition. What if we help Kuya vino decide if he will join the essay writing contest or not" Laura then said and Vino's eyes widen as he already knows what the result will be.
