Althea and Thirdy got busy the succeeding days to prepare for final examination. Despite her talk with Laura and Allona, Althea prefers to continue being a close friend of Thirdy and her two mothers respected her decision.
"After this final exam, perharps a week or two moving up ceremony na." Althea commented while she and Thirdy are reviewing for at one of the school bench.
"Yes and officially summer vacation na." Thirdy replied.
"Excited ka na sa summer vacation?" Althea asked.
"Yes, we need that break before tayo sumabak sa senior high school." Thirdy replied. "Is your family going out of town or out of the country trip this summer vacation?" Thirdy asked.
"Hindi pa ako sigurado, sabi ni Mommy we might fly to Italy para may kasama naman si Mamita. Pero hindi pa definite." Althea said.
"Ang tagal na ni Madam Chairman sa Italy ah, ang lungkot tuloy ni Lolo Daddy." Thirdy commented chuckling.
"Ikaw talaga laki mo na lang niloloko ang Lolo mo kay Mamita. Tapos na yung sa kanila and they are happy being friends." Althea said.
"Malay mo naman, sila pa rin sa huli." Thirdy said.
"Ikaw talaga, tigilan mo na yang match-making mo sa dalawang oldies." Althea said. "How about kayo, ano ang plan nyo this summer vacation?" She asked.
"Uuwi si Ate Athena at si Kuya Raffy, kasama yung pamangkin ko, kaya excited kaming lahat kasi complete na naman kami kahit ilang araw lang." Thirdy replied.
"Grabe sikat na sikat na fashion designer ang Ate Athena mo. Wala ba talaga syang balak na dito na lang sa Pilipinas tumira?" Althea asked.
"Hindi ko alam, maganda naman kasi ang work ni Kuya Raffy sa Germany tapos mas kilala si Ate sa Germany kesa dito sa Pilipinas, kaya siguro hindi nila maiwan." Thirdy replied.
"Yung husband ni Ate Athena mo, sabi mo HRM din ang natapos nya, ayaw ba nyang tulungan si Ate Charmaine na mag-manage ng Royalties Hotel?" Althea asked.
"May sariling business si Kuya Raffy na inaasikaso sa Germany." Thirdy replied.
"Since, darating si Ate Athena mo, ibig sabihin sa Makati ka muna tutuloy for the meantime na nandito ang kapatid mo." Althea asked.
"Nope, we are flying to Cebu as soon as she arrives. Ayaw kasi ni Mommy na magtravel pa si Daddy, kaya kami ang pupunta sa Cebu and we are staying there until makabalik si Ate Athena sa Germany." Thirdy said.
"Ang layo mo pala." Althea commented and Thirdy smiles at what he heard from the girl who is very special for him.
"Bakit malungkot ka? Mami-miss mo siguro ako kaya ka ganyan." Thirdy teased.
"Hindi ah. Asa ka pa." Althea objected.
"Talaga? Kahit slight lang, hindi mo ako mami-miss pag umuwi ako sa Cebu?" Thirdy asked
"Pwede siguro kitang ma-miss pero very slight na lang." Althea said.
"Okay lang yung very slight, nakakakilig na rin kahit papaano." Thirdy said.
"Grabe sya oh." Althea said, smiling.
"Pero ako hindi kita mami-miss ng slight lang, kasi sigurado akong sobra-sobra kita mami-miss." Thirdy declare while smiling sweetly.
"Ay grabe talaga sya." Althea reacted while blushing. "Anyway, have you decided kung sa Cebu ka na mag-senior high school or dito na lang din sa school natin?" she then asked Thirdy.
