48 - Annoying Client

Thirdy had no choice but to give-in to her sister's request. After school, he goes straight to Royalties Manila to prepare for the coming event the following weekend. And despite his unwillingness, he got not choice but to communicate with Eloisa Wong.

"Hello, Thirdy can we meet today? My Mom said that I need to coordinate with Ate Charm, but your sister told me to coordinate with you." was the private message Thirdy received before his last class ends.

"No need for the meet up, Eloisa. You can send me the presentation as well as how you want it presented and other requirements you think you will need. Royalties Hotel will work from there." Thirdy's reply to the private message.

"But it would be better if I explain it to you personally rather than have the hassle of exchanging of emails." Eloise replied.

"I said no need for the meet-up Eloisa. I don't have much time for stuff like that and I have to drop by Royalties Manila after my class." Thirdy replied.

"I am a few kilometers away from your school. I am picking-up my friend Marga in your school. Let's talk before you go to Royalties Hotel." Eloisa replied.

"I said I am busy, Eloisa. Wag kang makulit." Thirdy irritatedly replied.

"I'll see you later, Thirdy." Is Eloisa's last reply to Thirdy.

Thirdy was not able to noticed his teacher already dismissed their class. Althea sees how restless he is so she decided to approached him.

"Is everything alright, Thirdy?" Althea asked.

"Huh? What do you mean?" Thirdy asked.

"You look bothered kasi eh. May problema ka ba?" Althea asked.

"Wala naman, medyo annoying kasi yung client ni Ate eh. Kung hindi lang nakiusap sa akin si Ate, hindi ko talaga gagawin yung pinapagawa nya eh." Thirdy replied while gathering all his things.

"Anong pinapagawa ng Ate mo?" Althea asked.

"I have to oversee yung isang event sa Royalties for the technical logistics. Yung technician kasi ng naka-sick leave." Thirdy replied.

"Walang back-up technician?" Althea asked.

"Last week na ngayon nung back-up technician to work in Dubai." Thirdy replied while they walk together going out of their classroom.

"Uy magandang exposure yan for you." Althea commented.

"I know that, but I am still learning that side of the business and yet I was assigned to an annoying client." Thirdy said.

"Well, sabi nga ni Ms. Alice, annoying clients is part of the managing the business regardless of how frustrating they are." Althea said.

"Wala naman akong choice eh. Mabuti na lang 2 days lang yung event." Thirdy said. "Are you going home na?" He then asked.

"Yeah, hintayin ko lang si Dad Daniel sa labas." Althea replied.

"Sige samahan na muna kitang hintayin ang Dad mo, before ako pumunta sa Royalties Hotel." Thirdy declared.

"Wag na, maiistorbo ka pa. Baka hinihintay ka na ng Ate mo. According to Ms. Alice, you can create a bad impression if you show up late in a meeting." Althea said.

"That isn't a meeting. And I am not meeting Ate Charmaine. Yung technician ang kakausapin ko today." Thirdy said.

"Kahit pa yung technician lang ang ka-meet-up mo today, you still have to respect their time." Althea said.
