“That was fast.” Laura commented as soon as Victor enters their room.
“He came to apologized, hindi na kailangan pa yun ng matagal na usapan.” Victor replied.
“How was it? Hindi mo naman sana sinindak yung bagets.” Laura asked.
“Ri, where can I find our old photos?” Victor suddenly asked, ignoring Laura's comment.
“How old are the photos that you are talking about?” laura asked.
“Ten years ago.” Victor replied.
“Ten years ago? Nasa basement na ang mga pictures na yun. Ano naman ang gagawin mo sa mga old photos?” Laura asked.
“May titingnan lang ako.” Victor asked.
“Then we have to dig into that tons and tons of photo albums.” Laura said.
“I don’t mind. Hindi naman tayo mahihirapan dun because I know how you organized those photos.” Victor said. “Tara samahan mo ako sa basement, may hahanapin akong litrato.” He added.
“Anong litrato?” Laura asked.
“I will tell you kapag nakita ko na.” Victor replied.
“I have scanned copies of those photos, bakit hindi na lang natin tingnan yung soft copies?” Laura asked.
“Parang mas gusto kong magbukas ng mga photo album kesa sa maghanap sa computer, parang mas nostalgic.” Victor said.
“Grabe ang trip mo, Love. At idadamay mo pa talaga ako.” Laura protested.
“Di ba, we are better if we are together. So help me find the photo that I need” Victor said.
“Do I have a choice?” Laura asked.
“I believe you don’t have, so come with me now.” Victor said then pulls Laura out of the room going to their basement.
Victor got amazed seeing the stock of boxes properly arranged and organized in their basement. “Iba talaga kapag OC ang asawa, I have never seen a clean basement con storage room like ours.” He commented.
“Syempre naman, not because hindi natin ginagamit ang basement, hind na natin lilinisin.” Laura replied. “Those are the boxes of photo albums that you are looking for, Love.” She told Victor and pointed to the corner where the boxes of albums are.
“I remember kung paano kita pinagtawanan when you were organizing these pictures. I never thought na ako ang unang makikinabang sa pag-organize mo nitong mga pictures natin.” Victor said while he pulls one of the boxes.
“Bakit yan ang kinuha mo, I thought you want to look for a ten-year-old photo.” Laura said.
“Since nandito na rin lang tayo, parang masarap na ring mag-reminisce” Victor said and Laura smiles widely.
“I like the idea.” She replied and helps Victor to open the first box labeled ‘Nathan and Carrie’.
“Hindi halatang favorite mo si Nathan, yung box nya ang inuna mo eh.” Laura said.
