5 - Charity Event

The next day, at the Monteiro mansion, the family had their breakfast early as they want to attend the mass early because Madame Chairman will be in a charity event before lunch time with Althea and Almira.

"Anthony, isn't it that I told you to come with Almira and Althea sa charity event with your Mamita? Bakit sabi ni Almira silang dalawa lang daw ni Althea ang kasama?" Daniel asked his eldest son and twin brother of Almira (Age: 9) while having breakfast with Aurora and his other children. Rorie (Age: 7, Full Name: Aurora Clarisse), Chesca (Age: 5, Full Name: Franchesca Ann)

"He is not coming, Dad, because, Ate Althea is not certain if Kuya Vino is coming too" Almira replied.

"Sumbungera ka talaga Almira. I did not say, I am not coming. I said, I will check with Kuya Vino first." Athony replied defending himself.

"It is just the same Kuya." Almira said.

"Wag mo nang pilitin si Anthony. I don't want him to feel out-of-place naman kung hindi makakasama si Vino. It's alright son, Althea and Almira's help are enough." Aurora said.

"Pero mas maganda kung kasama nyo si Anthony, wala naman syang gagawin today." Daniel insisted. "Kakausapin ko na lang si Kuya, para siguradong makasama nyo si Vino." he added.

"Nasaan si Allona, nag-almusal na ba sya? Baka mahuli tayo sa misa." Aurora said.

"Binibihisan si Andie (Age: 2, Full Name: Andrea Alyssa), Ma, she had breakfast early kasi she has to feed Alyssa first before nya bihisan." Daniel replied.

"That reminds me, malapit na ang 3rd birthday ni Andie, what is your plan?" Aurora asked

"I am thinking of celebrating it out- of-town with the whole family, since it falls on a Saturday. Tayo-tayo na lang muna, anyway hindi pa naman ma-appreciate ni Andie ang big celebration. Pero hindi pa lang kami sigurado ni Allie kung sa La Union o sa Batangas ang celebration." Daniel replied.

"Pwede bang sa La Union Dad, para kasama natin si Lola Clarissa sa celebration?" Almira asked.

"We will see about that sweetheart, kung makakapag-book siguro tayo nang maaga sa resort malamang sa La Union tayo but if not, sa Batangas tayo." Daniel replied.

"Tamang tama, the kids are on vacation that time." Aurora replied.

"Yes Ma, you are right. By the way, sunduin na lang namin kayo sa event later para sabay-sabay na tayong pumunta sa birthday party ng anak ni Alfred at Natalie." Daniel uttered.

"Oo nga pala, I almost forgot, mabuti na lang at ipinaalala mo. I am so excited to see Freddie again., I'm sure busy na yun sa pag-spoil ng apo nya. I am very happy for Alfred and Natalie, ang tagal din nilang hinintay ang little angel nila." Aurora said.

"Oo nga Ma, kaya ayun sobrang spoiled ang anak nila." Daniel commented. "Anyway, we will be there at around 4pm, Ma, para hindi naman tayo ma-late sa event." Daniel asked.

"Yes 4pm is fine." Aurora replied.

After hearing mass, Mamita is all smiles riding the van with four of her grandchildren. Althea, Vino, Anthony and Almira. They went straight to the charity event after dropping off Allona, Laura, Chesca and Carrie for their girls' swimming lesson.
