64 - Dinner Celebration

At exactly seven in the evening, the Monteiro family are entering the Royalties Hotel Manila. It was Charmaine and Thirdy who welcomes them and lead them to the First Princess Hall where Richard, Dei, Tristan plus Luke and Lily are waiting for them.

"Welcome back to Royalties Hotel Manila, Monteiro family." Richard said.

"Thank you Richard." Victor said and shook hands with Richard and Tristan.

"Hello, Laura, Hello Allie." Dei greeted the two ladies with a cheek to cheek.

"Hello Ms. Dei." Allona politely said.

"Oh please, let's not be too formal, Allie. Dei will do. I am a fan of your art works." Dei said.

"Thank you for the invitation, Dei. I saw two of my sculpture displayed at the lobby. Thank you for liking my masterpieces." Allona said.

"You are most welcome, Allie. Kung hindi ko alam na si Laura ang mother ni Althea, iisipin ko na sa iyo nagmana si Althea." Dei unknowingly uttered and Allie just smiles at her. "I am so happy to see the whole family tonight. It is just sad that we will miss Tita Au. Mukhang ayaw nang bumalik ng Pilipinas si Madam President ah" Dei also commented.

"Babalik din yun kapag na-miss na nya ang mga apo nya." Laura said.

"This dinner is abrupt, so I hope you will like the food at the buffet table." Dei said.

"Ang dami ngang food eh." Allona replied.

"Those are our chef's specialties." Dei said. "Come on, doon sa table natin ipagpatuloy ang kwentuhan natin." She added and lead the ladies to their table where the gentlemen are seated.

"Since we are all here, perhaps we could start our dinner." Richard said. "Phillip, please assist the children on the buffet table." He instructed.

"Althea, Thirdy. Join us here. Let your Ate Charmaine and Kuya Tristan takes care of the kids." Dei said and taps the chair beside her.

As they started the dinner, they too, started conversing about the latest incident of Laura with Elise and Eloisa.

"I can't believe Elise Wong can be that scandalous." Victor commented.

"We have known her for a long time so hindi na kami nagulat sa ginawa nya at ng anak nya." Dei meaningfully commented.

"I have to commend, Laura for being focused. Mabuti na lang you were able to record their conversation. I remember how upset you were earlier on the outcome of our talk with Mrs. Romero." Richard said.

"I was in the cubicle when they came in. Elise was scholding Eloisa for not informing her about the scheme. It was also a good that I was not able to turned off the recording kaya pati yung sagutan namin was captured in the recording." Laura said.

"Ganyan talaga ang asawa ko, Richard, laging focus." Victor commented

"I do not know if this is the right venue to ask this but, I am just wondering if you will push through with filing this case to court?" Laura asked.

"I set-up a meeting with our family lawyer tomorrow afternoon. I would like to get his legal opinion on this. How about you, anong decision nyo sa pag-file ng kaso?" Richard said.

"Laura and I decided to let Althea decide about it. This is her fight, so it is just right to ask her if she wants to continue this fight in court." Victor said.

"I will decided, Daddy?" Althea asked.

"Yes, Baby. We want you to carefully think about it. Are we filing the case or we will just settle on the expulsion?" Victor replied while all eyes are in Althea.
