After the program everyone prepares to leave the institution where they held their charity event. Santino is quick to approach Althea and invited her for a milkshake.
"I thought you are with your Mom? Why are you suddenly inviting me for a milk tea?" Althea asked.
"Susunduin sya ng Daddy ko, may biglaang lakad daw." Santino replied.
"I don't know Santino. I have to ask permission from Mamita first." Althea said.
"I will ask permission for you." Santino quickly said.
"Is it alright if we invite Thirdy and his friend too?" Althea asked.
"Huh? Baka may date sila, makaistorbo lang tayo." Santino refuses.
"They are not together so it is impossible for them to go on a date." Althea replied. "And I'm sure Mamita will not allow me to go with you alone. So if you really want to have milk tea with me, Thirdy and Rebecca should. come with us too." She insisted.
"Alright if you insist, I'll go and ask Thirdy if he likes to join us." Santino replied.
"Don't bother, ako na lang ang mag-invite sa kanila while you talk to Mamita to ask permission." Althea said and walks to where Thirdy and Rebecca are leaving Santino a bit dumbfounded.
"Thirdy, Santino is inviting us for a milk tea. Tara, sama mo si Rebecca." Althea said.
"Kasama ba talaga kami sa invited?" Thirdy asked.
"Nope, but I told him na hindi ako papayagan ni Mamita kung kaming dalawa lang. I should tag you and Rebecca para pumayag si Mamita." Althea said.
"So ibig sabihin, third wheel kami ni Rebecca sa inyo ni Santino." Thirdy sarcastically said.
"Paanong third wheel eh dalawa kayo, perhaps third and fourth wheel. If you don't like to come with us, just say so Thirdy, kesa ganyan na marami ka pang sinasabi." Althea said.
"Okay lang akong sumama sa iyong mag-milk tea with your friend, Thea." Rebecca said.
"Really? Sasama ka sa amin kahit ayaw ni Thirdy." Althea said.
"Of course, hindi ko naman guardian yang si Tres para hingin ang permiso nya sa mga gagawin ko." Rebecca uttered.
"Great, so ano na Thirdy, sasama ka ba o hindi?" Althea asked
"Natural sasama ako." Thirdy replied.
"Ganon naman pala eh, ang dami mo pang sinasabi." Althea said when they see Santino rushing towards them.
"Althea, pumayag si Madam Chairman, provided walking distance lang from here para daw hindi na mahirapan pang maghanap ng parking yung driver nyo." Santino said.
"There is one just a few blocks from here." Thirdy said.
"So, you are really coming huh." Santino said with sarcasm.
"Of course, I never turndown any invitation if it comes from Althea." Thirdy replied.
"Alright, wait here magpapaalam lang ako kay Mamita na aalis na tayo." Althea said. "Tara Thirdy samahan mo ako para alam ni Mamita na talagang kasama ka namin." She added and Thirdy got no choice but to come with Althea leaving Santino with Rebecca alone.
"Hello, we have not properly introduced. My name is Rebecca." Rebecca said and extended her hand to Santino for a handshake.
"Hello Rebecca, you may call me Santino." he replied but ignores Rebecca's hand. "You are Thirdy's girlfriend?" he asked.
