Ch.15 Time of Your Life

The next morning Billie was the first one to wake up and he went on the little balcony connected to the kitchen and just sat there thinking mostly and enjoying a little bit of peace and a few minutes later he heard footsteps behind him, he looked behind him and there was Anna standing there in tears silently crying,then Billie got up and walked over to her and brought her back to the balcony and shut the sliding door behind him
"Hey hey its okay whats wrong" Billie asked hugging Anna,then she pulled away and she started rubbing her wrist,the one that has scars on it then she spoke
"I-I h-had an a-anxiety a-attack and t-then I-I had small u-urges and I-I d-didn't k-know what t-to d-do" then Billie hugged her tight again to make sure she felt safe and to know that she's okay
"Its okay you're okay,the important thing is you didn't and that proves your strong and you came to me its okay you're only human and I love you and I'm glad you found me because I would never want to see you hurt yourself ever,I love you too much" and they just stood there hugging each other felling safe and Billie calming Anna down by humming to her then she spoke
"Thank you, um do you have any wrap or something so I can cover it up so I don't look at it" Anna said sniffling,still hugging Billie,then they let go
"Yeah I'm sure we do and of course what ever makes you feel better" so they headed back into the house and Billie told her to wait outside of his room so she did and stood there with a confused face,then Billie came back with something in his hand,then they headed back on the balcony and Billie shut the door behind them and they both sat down then he revealed what he had in his hand,and it was the black and red wrist bands Billie wore around his wrists during shows and Anna sat there looking surprised,then Billie spoke
"Have you ever seen me wear these during shows"Anna nodded her head
"Well I will wear one and you'll wear one and I promise to never take it off as long as you do to,okay"he said in a calm tone
"Okay,thank you Billie and I love you to"then Billie put one wrist band on Anna's wrist and Anna put the other on Billie's opposite wrist and he smiled then Anna hugged Billie once more,then spoke
"Um would it be okay if you didn't tell my dad and I told him about this when I'm ready"
"Of course anything to make you comfortable"
'Thank you,I just idk this makes me happy that I can actually trust someone besides my dad for once"
"Well I'm glad you're happy"Billie said smiling,then Anna perked up
"Sooo coffee"
"Of course what else"then Anna spoke
"Um Billie is it okay if I hold your hand"Anna said shyly
"Of course anything to make you happy and comfortable"so they walked back into the house holding hands,smiling and went back into the kitchen
"Does your dad like coffee"Billie asked Anna who was sitting on the counter,sipping a cup of coffee
"Ha that,me,and music is what literally keeps him running"Anna said smiling
"Relatable"Billie said smiling,then Anna's dad walked into the kitchen and smiled at Anna and Billie both smiling,then spoke
"Morning"Scott said giving Anna a hug
"Morning,want some coffee"
"Is it strong" Scott asked sitting down
"Oh yeah only the best"Billie said smiling
"Sounds good I'll take some"the Billie gave Scott a cup of coffee,then sat down and spoke
"So are you up for having some fun today"
"Of course thats what we came here for,right and damn thats kick ass coffee"he said smiling then he looked over at Anna who nodded her head,then spoke
"Maybe we could hit the Sunset Strip and Gilman and take him to that music store you took me to and show him around like you did with me,and windows down and some kick ass music"then Billie spoke
"Sounds good,whata ya think"he said smiling
"I'm totally in that sounds cool as fuck"
"Okay then should we get ready,we can get breakfast on the way"then Anna and her dad nodded there heads and everyone went there separate ways to get ready,then everyone got ready and Anna grabbed CDs and so did Billie and the polaroid camera and some film and wrote a note for Adrienne,then they were off. First the went to Oakland Coffee and got a bite to eat and more coffee of course,then Anna's dad spoke
"Damn that was good"
"Yeah there know for having good stuff"
"So where to next" Billie said smiling
"Trubador"Anna said smiling
"Sounds good"they hit the Trubador then hit the entire Sunset Strip and not even half way through their film,everywhere they went, in between it was windows down and kick ass CDs,the they pulled up to Gilman,and both Billie and Anna had a smirk on their face and her dad noticed
"What"
"Nothing just you don't know what you're in for and you're gonna have a fucking awesome time"
"Okay then what are we waiting for"Scott said smiling,so they headed in and Anna's dad was shocked and happy at what he found ,so they hung out and watched some bands and all together had a good time for hours,then after they left
"Damn that is probaly the coolest club I've ever been to"
"Told ya"Anna said smiling
"So where to next"
"Music store"
"Heck yeah lets go" so they headed over to the music store and Anna was for sure her dad would definetly love it,so they walk in and Billie said hi to the guy behind the counter and walked over to talk to him then Anna spoke
"The guy who works here is Billie's buddy so he gets anything he wants free so you can pick out anything you want"
"Okay kiddo wanna help me look" Scott said with a smile,so Anna helped him look and found a crap ton of cool stuff
"When Billie brought me here I got all those CDs that were on my list and like a crap ton of posters and shirts and I completed my Panic! vinyl collection and I even found a Tainted Perception poster and got it,I swear he always knows how to make my day" Anna said smiling
"He really makes you happy doesn't he"
"Yeah,I swear I've been happier these past two weeks then I ever have in my life"
"I'm happy,you're happy"
"Billie and Adrienne make me feel so welcome and awesome and they honestly feel like family and its just the best feeling in the world and I've never been better or happier"and this put a smile on Scott's face,then Billie walked over
"You guys find some cool stuff"then Scott showed Billie what they found and his face lit up immediatley
"Dang I see where she gets her taste in music from now,you got some serious taste man"
"Thanks,so should we go"
"Sounds good" then they left the music store
"So what now"
"CDs,windows down and drive around till we run out"
"Sounds good",so they drove around and listened to literally every CD the three of them brought,and as usual Anna passed out
"Scott look she passed out"
"Aww,well we should probaly head back,its pretty late and we should get her to bed"
"Yeah" then they drove back home
"Do you wanna carry her or should I"Billie asked
"Na its fine I can carry her" so Scott carried Anna into the house and put her in bed and whispered 'goodnight' to her,then Billie kissed the top of her forehead and whispered a small'goodnight' and they both left her to sleep and head to the kitchen
"Billie I gotta thank you man for all you've done for us and just it brings me so much joy to see how happy you make her to the point I don't have words to describe it and just thank you for everything"
"Of course and I get what you mean,I know how you feel, it makes me happy when she's happy and thats all that matters"
"I swear man I am eternally greatful for you, you are the best person ever if you care so much to say that"
"Well it might not be my place to say this but she actually feels like a daughter to me and she brings me so much joy too"
"No its fine I get it, she even told me that you guys truly feel like family to her because of how welcome and awesome you and your wife make her feel and she said its the best feeling in the world and she's never been better or happier and her happy makes clearly all three of us happy" and at this point Billie had tears in his eyes
"Hey man its okay"
"I know its just how sweet that is and how much joy she brings us"Billie said wiping tears from his eyes
"Its pretty late I think I'm gonna go to bed"
"Yeah you should get some sleep for what I have planned for tomorrow"
"What is it"
"Its a surprise"
"Okay,night Billie" Scott said laughing and walked downstairs
"Night Scott"then Billie looked down at his wrist band and smiled then headed to bed,tomorrow is gonna be a fun day.
