Ch.22 Billie 2.0

Boy was Scott right Anna crashed hard  and Billie was the first to wake up and while everyone was still passed out he took little Billie to the pet store and got tags with Anna's info on it and for a walk and to the park and Billie just watched him run around and smiled at how happy little Billie was gonna make Anna and then they headed back home and Anna was still passed out so to get a little payback he put little Billie on top of her to wake her up and she did  and Billie was just standing there laughing and smiling
"Adorable payback"
"Yeah,the cutest" and Billie sat down on Anna's bed and they played with little Billie for a while and Anna spoke
"Is everyone still passed out"
"Yeah I think everyone crashed hard after yesterday" Billie said smiling and little Billie just curled up between Anna and Billie  and they both looked down and smiled at him and Billie spoke
"So coffee"
'Is that even a question"
"Kinda figured that"so Billie got up and snuck downstairs and got coffee for both of them and headed back by Anna and handed her a cup of coffee and spoke
"So do you wanna go outside and play with little Billie" he said smiling
"Sure" so they headed downstairs and grabbed a tennis ball and headed in the backyard and sat in the same spot they sat in yesterday and little Billie started running around and Anna and Billie both took turns throwing the ball for little Billie which he gladly chased,as they drank their coffee and Billie spoke
"So I was thinking that the guys could come over and meet little Billie and we could all play with him and drive around,does that sound good"
"Yeah"and Billie noticed the sad look on Anna's face and apparently so did little Billie who came and laid next to Anna and laid his head on her knee and she looked down at him and smiled
"Thinking 'bout leaving"
"Yeah I just, I don't know when my dad and I are gonna go back but all I know is that its gonna be soon and I'm absolutely dreading it"
"I know, but I talked to your dad and he said you guys would probaly leave in like a week"
"Oh I thought that we would leave sooner"she said in shock still petting little Billie who was peacefully sleeping
"Yeah well he knows how much you love this place,and they guys and me and Adrienne, but hey you got little Billie and all the pictures and I am a call away"he said smiling and giving Anna a hug
"I know but I'm just gonna miss it here and Gilman and the guys, like they are the best people to hang out with"then Billie had a smirk on his face
"What"
"Well maybe one out of the two times a month we visit they'll come with" and Anna immediately hugged Billie and in the process woke up little Billie
"Well I can't wait, we're gonna have so much fun when you guys all visit,I can promise you guys will feel like kids again when you hang out with me"
"We already do" he said smiling
"Good" she said with a peaceful look on her face then Billie spoke
"Hell I'll even pay for plane tickets so you guys can visit" and Anna basically jumped on Billie and tackeled him with a hug
"Thank you thank you thankyou"
"Of course anything to make you happy" he said smiling like an idiot at how happy Anna was then Anna spoke
"I swear when you visit we're gonna have so much fun"
"Of course we will,we'll be with you"and Anna blushed slightly and spoke
"Can we just stay outside as much as possible today,because its way to nice to be inside and it really peaceful"
"Of course,when I was a kid when it was nice out I was gone because I never wanted to be stuck inside"
"If that is not me everyday during summer"
"Yeah" then Billie got up and went inside and came back with little Billie's bandana that said 'Who the fuck is Tre Cool' and put it on little Billie and they both just strated laughing
"The guys are gonna be here soon and they will get a kick outta this" he said between laughs
"Yeah"and about 25 minutes later Mike and Tre showed up
"Hey Anna,hey Billie"
"Hi guys"then Tre spoke
"Nice bandana"
"Billie did you seriously get her dog a bandana that say 'who the fuck is Tre Cool' on it"
"Of course I did"
"So Anna what did you name this little guy"Tre said picking up little Billie
"His name is Billie"
"Aw you named the dog after Billie"
"Yeah"and Mike went over by Tre and pet little Billie
"Well he is very cute"so they all just sat down in the grass and played with little Billie for hours and talked,laughed,and joked and they even put sunglasses on him and took adorable pictures and took little Billie for a walk and drove around with windows down and music and went up to the point that looked over the city and  just watched the city light up and listened to music for hours and obviously joked and laughed and just had fun and relaxed and gazed at the stars and just had a good time and little Billie passed out on Anna's lap and not soon after Anna passed out and Billie spoke
"I swear this place just makes her pass out or something"he said laughing
"Can you guys promise me something"
"Sure what is it"
"That we are gonna make sure that she has a fun kick ass last week here and that one out of the two times me and Adrienne visit her a month you guys come with"
"Totally,that sounds awesome"
"Of course"
"Good because yesterday and almost today we ended up crying in the backyard because she said she's gonna miss us and miss here so much and dreading leaving,like the stuff she explained put me in tears"
'How bad was it"
"She explained that she even said that it is messed up that she can even say this at her age,she has cut off her mom's side of the family,except her mom and grandma and on her dad's side everyone except her dad,grandpa,and one aunt,like she had to do that because of how dysfunctional her family is and I swear I felt so bad,the only time she sees the family she cut off is at funerals and she can count on one hand how many people she hasn't cut off" and Billie had tears in his eyes
"She explained that they have put her through so much pain and plus her mom's side is Catholic and Irish and a bunch of drunks so her being gay and genderfluid would not go over well and the first thing that would pop into her dad's side that she cut off head would be conversion therapy because of their old school bs"
and when Billie was done explaining he had tears streaming down his face and Mike and Tre had tears in their eyes,so they all got out so they wouldn't wake Anna up and the second Billie got out he started crying
"I-I hate that she has to go through that and be so grown up at her age she should be a kid and her family to be so fucking crazy she has to cut them out at 13 and act like they're dead to her and I-I don't want her to go back to that,my heart breaks evertime I think about her leaving and I know she's just a phone call away but it hurts and I know that she is probaly gonna return to her old habits of not sleeping ,fuck"and he basically broke down he almost fell but Mike caught him before that could happen and spoke
"Hey hey Billie I get it, it sucks there is no reason for her to have to do that at 13 but also the family that she hasn't cut off misses her and we know we are dreading it too because we love her to and she's awesome to have around ,we don't like it at all we already miss her and we get that you love and care about her so much and we know its hard,but you have us and she has her dad and little Billie,and when we visit her we're gonna have a kick ass time and help her move and even see Joan Jett with her,and she will call you whenever she misses you and you I know will do the same and when you look down at that wristband you know that she isn't gonna take it off and she will be fine,she has survived hell and back so that is how I know she will be okay "and by this time Tre was hugging him too and Billie looked at Mike with a questioning face
"H-How do you know all of that"
"She told me"
"Oh"
"I know it will hard to watch her leave and I can bet that all of us will cry our eyes out,but hey then we get to work on a kick ass album all inspired by her and Scott, hell get to tour with her, and you can listen to her play over and over again a million times if it makes you feel better all I know is that me, Tre,and Adrienne are gonna cheer you up because Anna wouldn't want you to cry because of what she has to go back to,but she knows how to survive it and she's strong and you have to stay strong too "
"Fuck guys I love you and I know but seriously it is gonna kill me to watch her leave and the worse thing is that i know its coming and I-I don't know I-I just fuck I can't deal with it I'm gonna miss her so much even though I get to see her twice a month and get to tour with her,damn it"and he just kept crying
"I love her so much and it hurts, I wish I could take away all her pain and suffering and make sure she is happy everyday"
"I know Billie its okay but lets enjoy the time that she is still here and give her the best time ever,okay" and Billie whispered a small 'okay' and when they got back in the car,Mike drove and Billie sat next to Anna, holding her like someone was trying to take her all the way home and when they got there Adrienne and Scott where asleep and Tre put little Billie and his dog bed and Mike and Tre just left so Billie could be alone with Anna and Billie carried Anna and put her in bed and she kinda woke up and 'oh shit' Billie thought to himself
"B-Billie whats wrong" she said grogily, looking at Billie's red, puffy eyes,knowing that he had been crying so Billie sat down on her bed with her and immediately hugged her and spoke
"I-I'm just gonna miss you so much and I-I kinda had a breakdown when we were up at the point,while you were passed out,I-I'm sorry" he said and started crying again
'Hey Billie its okay you don't have to be sorry,you have nothing to be sorry about,and I know I'm gonna miss you too" and Billie was just left sitting there with his head down, looking at his wristband and he shyly took Anna's wristband hand and just held it and, with tears streaming down his face,so Anna, still holding Billie's hand lead him to the window and climbed out it and went up to the little ledge,and Billie followed and they just sat up there and hugged and held each other for what felt like hours in silence,enjoying the peace,and Anna made sure that Billie stopped crying then she spoke
"Look at me" she said in a calm voice,and Billie did
"Its okay to have a breakdown, believe me I've had my fair share of them and I know after them you feel bad but you have nothing to apologize for"
"I know,I just I don't know"Billie said in a sad tone
"I know" and Anna told Billie that she would be right back,so she snuck down to the kitchen and made two cups of hot cocoa and snuck back upstairs and grabbed the small radio and climbed out by Billie and handed him a cup of hot cocoa and turned on the small radio and they sat and gazed at the stars and listened to music all night and watched the sunrise and not surprisingly they both stayed awake for it,just leaning up against each other enjoying the peace and quiet and rising of the morning.
