Ch.4 Insomniac

The next day Anna and Billie went to the hospital to see her dad and to be updated on his condition and Billie spoke
"How is he"
"Well it looks like he wont wake up for a few more weeks but he can hear you if you talk to him" the doctor said in a slightly cheerful tone
"Okay" and Billie looked at Anna and spoke
"Do you want to try and talk to your dad"
"Y-Yeah"
"Do you want me to be in here"
"Yeah"
"Okay" Billie said calmly so Anna stepped beside the bed and watch her dad then started talking
"Hi dad I-I miss you I'm okay because y-you'll never guess who helped us, Billie Joe Armstrong he called the ambulance and I'm staying with him and his wife their awesome" Anna started to cheer up," You'll never guess what we did, we hit the entire Sunset Strip and then we went to Gilman and Billie got me a membership then when we got back you wouldn't believe who I got to meet,I got to meet Mike and Tre I swear I almost exploded, anyway we came to see how you were and the doctor said you could hear us and I love you and everyone knows please get better so we can have a kick ass time love you" Anna hugged her dad and then stepped away then curiously looked at Billie who was standing beside her dad and realized he was gonna say something
"Your daughter is the most amazing fan I think I've ever met and I'm not  just saying that because she's her but because its true and she is real and not fake and a kick ass taste in music she is awesome to have around and I am honored to ever met an amazing person like her and I wont let anything happen to her while your in here I promise and you can kill me if anything does" Anna stood there in shock watching this and then the next thing she knew Billie's arms were around her and he was crying, Billie Joe Armstrong was crying, did hell freeze over or something
"I am in a-awe at how real you are at your age and that you're okay now and just, I don't know I feel so lucky to spend time with you"
"Hey Billie, it's okay you dont have to cry and thank you, very few people treat me this kind and you genuinly feel like family because how much you have done for us and how you treat me,wanna a Anna hug" she said smiling
"Of course and in my book you are family" and Anna almost lost it but didn't and they stood there hugging for what felt like forever then let go and drove around blasting music windows down having an awesome time singing along to some of there favortie songs until it got dark out and drove up to a point that looked over the city and it was mesmirizing they sat there and just watched the city listening to music until Anna fell asleep and Billie drove them back home and put her to bed for sure it was a good day and they were excited for what tomorrow had to come.
