Ch.67 Bones Brigade

So the tour went on,fun shows,having a good time,and as time went on everyone started to notice that Anna was kind of fading away,especially Billie,and it hurt him to see her like that like she was a shell of a person,and everyone else,and so they we back in Wisconsin and stuff and Billie had some major plans to try and cheer her up,so tonight was a free night,so as usual everyone woke up and got caffine in there system and stuff,well in Anna's case just have coffee,she has barely slept,she spends most of her mornings like two,three,four in the morning at the football field star gazing,and Billie as usual finds her there and stuff,so Anna how the hell,no one will ever know,figured a way to get up on the fucking roof of the apartment buildiing her dad lives in,like it left everyone confused as fuck,and so Anna was sitting up on the roof,listening to music and Billie was standing down on the ground with a box in his hands and he spoke
"Youngblood,I wanna show ya something come down here"so Anna did and how the fuck,we will never know,so she got down and went over by Billie and they went in the house and Anna spoke
"What's that"and he just smiled at her and opened the box and pulled out an Oakland Athletic's jersey and on the back where it would say a player's name it said Youngblood and that made her smile and Billie spoke
"I'm gonna take you to your first Oakland Athletic's game,they're playing the Brewers today"and she was smiling and that made Billie's day alone and he gave her a hug and when they let go
"What are you waiting for go try it on"Billie said still smiling,so Anna went and changed in her room and came back out and saw Billie standing there in an Oakland Athletic's jersey and he spoke
"I think it looks awesome"and he was still smiling,why idk and Anna spoke
"So what time's the game"
"Like 2:00"
"Okay" so Anna showed Billie how to get up on the roof,he almost fell,but was fine and Anna started laughing and Billie spoke
"Hmh"and she spoke
"Think about it I'm going to a baseball game with Green Day,in Wisconsin and I'm wearing and Oakland Athletic's jersey and I'm from Wisconsin,I'm gonna make the news or some shit"and she was still laughing a little and smiling and Billie laughed a little and spoke
"Yeah,and wait people are like that here"
"Oh hell yes,I remember this one time,back when I was in school like I was in study hall or some shit and we were going around saying our favorite sports teams and I said Oakland Athletics for baseball and this kid was like they suck and I was just like yeah well the last time Oakland played here against the Brewers they won even before their fucking star player busted his knee,people from Wisconsin are very cocky,and take their sports super fucking seriously"

"Yeah,try being in a house where you like teams from like half way across the country and then everyone else loves teams from here and I'm just like okay,deal with it"and Billie started laughing and spoke
"I can imagine,and everyone has noticed that you've been off,especially me so whats up Youngblood"
"Just my dad,like I know he's okay but at the same time I don't"and then it made complete sense for Billie,why Anna has been they way she is
"He's fine,believe me,been there done that,he's okay,plus I may have people telling me how he's been doing"and Anna looked at him

"Dang it Billie,why the hell are you so awesome"and he smiled a little

"Yeah yeah"and she gave him a hug

"Of course Youngblood"he said smiling,so Anna was definetly more happier after hearing that and Billie saw the difference,and they chilled until like 12:30 and everyone got ready,and Anna showed Billie how to get down from the roof,and he didn't fall,so that's good,and they walked in the house and Mike and Tre were in Oakland Athletic jerseys like her and Billie and so was Adrienne and Joan was sitting this out and Anna spoke
"I'm guessing if you turn around your jersey says '80' on the back of it"she said directing it at Adrienne
"Yeah"Adrienne said smiling
"Also people in Wisconsin suck at fucking driving and its the beer state so yeah,fun"and Billie laughed a little
"I can imagine"so they headed over to Miller Park and surprisingly not a lot of people came up to them,Anna just got dirty looks because of her jersey but,hey fuck em,so they got their seats and stuff and some lady behind them spoke
"Excuse me"she said to Anna
"Yeah"
"You guys are in Green Day and my son's a huge fan think he could get a picture"
"Of course"and Anna stood up and said hi to the kid that looked a few years younger then her and stood next to him and his mom took the picture and the kid spoke
"You guys are awesome,thanks"
"Yep"Anna said smiling and the kid's mom spoke
"I thought you were from Wisconsin"
"I am"
"Oh you're just wearing that jersey,so I thought you were from Oakland"
"Nah it's fine,I just don't like Wisconsin sports teams and Oakland is my legit second home so yeah"
"Oh that's nice"
"Yeah"and Anna sat back down,and Billie was smiling at her and she spoke
"Huh Billo"
"Nothing it's just awesome to see you connect or in general talk to fans"he said still smiling
"Yeah well I like it"
"Good"so the game started and you since people started cheering they used that as a cover to say stuff about Anna and apparently Adrienne heard something that Anna and Billie didn't hear someone say and she turned around and spoke
"Yeah so what she's wearing an Oakland Athletic's jersey,she likes them,and Oakland is her second home so it's fair and it's just a sports team"and the people around them shut up,so the game went on the Oakland was winning and the Brewers were loosing so that was good,and Anna looks at the jumbo screen and its her,the guys,and Adrienne and she taps Billie on the shoulder
"Billie look"and he looks and starts laughing and waves and smiles
"Should I flip em off"he asks
"Sure we can both make tonight's news"she says while laughing even though she isn't joking,and so her and Billie flip them off and its on the jumbo screen and you hear a mixture of boo's and cheering,and the guys and Adrienne are dying laughing,so they are having a good time so between having fun,cheering,and watching Billie being entertaining,Anna was smiling and she pulled out her phone and took a picture of Billie when he was standing up cheering and posted it and the caption was 'Hey Ho Let's Go Oakland and a yellow heart emoji' so they had a good time,and Oakland ended up winning,so the guys,Anna,and Adrienne were cheering and Anna leaned over to talk to Billie
"Everyone is gonna be wasted as fuck,and yelling crazy shit,so we should probably go"
"Got it"so they left while everyone was still cheering or booing and when they got outside the stadium Anna spoke
"We're probably got make fucking Entertainment Tonight or some shit"and her and Billie started laughing,so they headed back to Scott's and beat what could have been some major traffic,and Billie was smiling like he had something planned and Anna spoke
"I know you have something planned Billie"and he laughed a little
"Dang it,y'know me that well"
"Or you're just that bad of an actor"and she started dying laughing and he just stood there with a stupid look on his face,while that's not helping because Anna's on the floor dying
"Your face is priceless"she says after she finally stops laughing and he just smiles and speaks
"Yeah okay,Youngblood"and she sticks her tougne out at him and he just laughs a little adn just for laughs Anna went in the living room and turned on the news and bam there's her and Billie flipping em off on the jumbo screen and she started dying laughing and he walked over by her nad saw the TV
"You weren't fucking joking"and he started laughing
"Nope"so after they were done laughing at how stupid and weird that is Billie spoke
"Wanna go to the skatepark"he asks still smiling
"Sure"so Anna goes and changes into some skate close and so does Billie,and they grab their boards and leave and they get there and Anna's face is fucking priceless and Billie's just standing there with a smirk on his face and boom fucking Stacy Peralta,Rodney Mullen,Steve Caballero,Lance Mountain,Tony Hawk,Danny Way, Mike McGill,and Tony Alva are standing there right before her fucking eyes,and if you don't know who those people are,they are famous skateboarders,look it up, and Anna spoke
"Billie did you get like half of fucking Bones Brigade and fucking Danny Way out here and holy shit Stacy Peralta"
"Yep"
"Yep I'm done you have,yeah I got nothing,you're amazing"
"Well what the hell are we waiting for lets go say hi"so they walk over there,by them Anna is still in shock and they all say hi to Billie and Stacy spoke
"So this is Anna"he asks and Anna spoke
"Um yeah,damn I'm in the presence of legends,I got nothing"
"Well Billie told us that your dad could of been pro"
"Yeah,he idolized all of you guys,and I'm a huge fan too,we used to just watch skate and punk movies all the time"and Anna was still in shock,like she could not process that this was happening

"Yeah,and I took like this random plastic little penny board I got and wrote Zypher and Lords of Dog Town on the bottom in sharpie oh and I have the same birthday as Jay Adams,February 3rd"and Tony and Stacy laughed a little,so they all talked and then eventually started skating,Tony Hawk was ripping it up in the bowl,Rodney was of course free styling like no tomorrow,Danny was going ramp to ramp,same with Mike,Steve,and Lance,Anna was skating the street stuff,and Billie was cruising around watching Anna have an awesome time and smiling,and Tony Alva was chilling on a bench with Stacy,and someone was filming and so once everyone was kinda skated out they decompressed and Stacy went and grabbed something,it was like two decks and two boards,two old school,and two modern and he handed them to Anna,one old school and modern were signed by all of them and the other two weren't,they were complete boards,so all together four fucking Powell Peralta boards,she though she was gonna loose her mind and she spoke
"You have no idea how much this will mean to my dad and this is just amazing,I'm speechless,thanks"and Stacy spoke
"Of course,Billie told us the deal with your dad and you and how much you guys love skating so yeah it's good"and Tony Hawk spoke
"And he told us about the skatepark that's gonna be built and the Tony Hawk Foundation is gonna sponser and pay for it"and Anna was just mind blown
"Billie you are the best fucking human being on the planet I swear"and he spoke
"Look who's talking"and she just had a stupid look on her face
"What 14 year old in 2020 gets to say they met Bones Brigade,Danny Way and Tony Alva"

"So can I get a group picture with some of my idols"
"Hey"Billie said,joking,trying to sound offended
"Skateboarding idols,relax"and Billie laughed a little and Stacy spoke
"Of course"so the photographer took a group picture of everyone and eventually they all left and it was just Billie and Anna left and she spoke
"Okay,how in the actaully fucking hell did you pull that off and who are you the best human being on the planet"and Billie just gave her a hug
"I don't know"
"I just got two signed fucking Powell Peralta decks and boards and met skate legends,I got nothing"
"Well I'm glad you're happy and I'm pretty sure you may be in Trasher magazine or something"
"Again I got nothing except you are the best and I love you"she said smiling
"I love you too Youngblood"and he gave her another hug and she spoke
"So I have went to an Oakland Athletic's game and met skate gods got anything else up your sleeve"and he started smiling even more

"You'll see,come on"so they headed back to Scott's and got the car and Anna was still trying to guess what Billie had planned,so they started driving and stuff and listening to music,on full blast as always and stuff

"We're going to see your dad"
"I will say it again you are the best fricking human being on the planet"she said smiling,which made Billie smile,so they got there and got out of the car and Billie could tell that Anna was nervous so he held her hand

"Okay"so they headed in and went in the meeting area and Anna saw her dad sitting there and she had tears in her eyes and it took all of her power to not run over to him,so her and Billie went over by him and Anna started crying the second her dad's arms were around her
"Its okay kiddo I missed you too"so once she composed herself she sat down next to him and spoke
"So how you been doing"
"Good I'm getting better"
"Good,guess what we did today"
"Huh"
"Well first me,the guys,and Adrienne went to and Oaklad Athletic's game against the Brewers an dwe made the news and then we headed over to the skate park and how Billie pulled this off but her got Stacy Peralta,Lance Mountain,Tony Hawk,Steve Caballero,Danny Way,Mik McGill,Tony Alva,and Rodney Mullen out here and I got to meet adn talk to them and skate with them and have fun and Stacy gave me four Powell Peralta boards,one old school and one modern board signed by all of them and one modern and one old school board to skate and the Tony Hawk Foundation is gonna sponser and pay for the new skate park"and Scott just looked in shock and spoke
"Billie you are the best human being on the planet"and he laughed a little
"I have been told that now four times today"
"I bet"Scott said,so they spent like an hour talking and stuff and Anna couldn't be happier knowing her dad is doing better so after that Anna squeezed the life outta her dad
"I love you dad"
"I love you too kiddo,I'll see you soon"
"Okay"
"Bye Billie"
"Bye man"and Billie gave Scott a hug and him and Anna left and Anna fell asleep in the car,because she was all skated out and Billie just smiled,knowing that she was happy,so they just drove around and stuff for like an hour,then headed back to Scott's and Billie carried Anna in the house and put her in bed and let her sleep,and he headed out in the living room by everyone else and spoke
"She's good now"and everyone was relieved by that statement,so everyone relaxed and eventually passed out and a while later Anna woke up and wrote a note and grabbed her phone as usual and headed over to the football field and laid down and star gazed and Billie woke up and saw her note and as usual headed over there with coffee and a blanket,and saw Anna star gazing on the field
"Hey Youngblood"
"Hey Billo"and he laid the blanket down and handed her a cup of coffee and they both laid back on the blanket and star gazed and Anna passed back out for an hour or two and they headed up in the blechers and watched the sunrise,and once they ran outta coffee they went and fucked up Starbucks and went and chilled under the bridge and stuff and Billie noticed the upset look on Anna's face
"Hey what's up Youngblood"he asked putting his arm around her
"I just have a really bad feeling someone's gonna do some shit"
"Well y'know if anyone does do something we're always here for you"
"I know I'm just so used to and hate this feeling,it never means anything good,it most likely means some life altering shit"and Billie was concerned now and tried to come up with a way to get her mind off of it
"How about this,think about how adorable I am instead of that"he said smiling and she laughed a little
"Okay Billo"she said smiling,so as usual they walked around and Billie was humming,Ordinary World because he knew it would keep Anna's mind off of that bad feeling and she loves that song and was holding her hand and yeah.
