Ch.36 I Love Rock'n Roll

(Time skip) to July 13
Anna woke up excited as hell and everyone was already awake and Mike was gone on a coffee run and Billie spoke
"Hey Anna,you excited"he asked smiling
"Is that even a question"
"I guess not"he said smiling and then Mike showed up with coffee and Billie spoke
"I don't think she needs coffee she's already high on excitment"he said laughing
"Billie I swear I will punch you"she said grabbing a cup of coffee
"No you won't you love me" he said smiling
"True"
"So its like eleven now and it takes like four hours to get there and plus we should probaly get there an hour before the show starts"and Anna just looked cofused and Billie just smiled,now Anna knew he had something planned
"So we should leave at like three"
"Sounds good"so they decided to hang out by the pool for a few hours before they had to leave and a few minutes after they got down by the pool, Billie stepped out of the room and was on the phone and came back and Anna spoke
"Who was that"
"No one"so they hung out for a bit and Anna was curious about what Billie had planned,so they headed back up to the room and Anna grabbed her camera filled with film,her phone,and her Joan Jett cd and the guys and Adrienne grabbed some stuff too and then they were off, they looked up directions and headed up north and after a few hours and Anna not being able to sit still,they were there,they got out and walked up and got tickets then headed by the stage that Joan would be playing on and she was standing right there in the flesh Joan fucking Jett and Anna's mouth just dropped,like how the fuck is this really happening and Billie waved and spoke
"Hey Joan"
"Hi Billie whats up"she said walked off the stage down to meet them and Joan just looked at Anna
"And this must be Anna"and Billie nodded
"Um hi um I have no words,you're awesome and your music awesome"
"Thanks and I heard you can kill it on guitar"
"Yeah"
"Well Billie told me everything and how about you play on stage with me tonight"
"Um that would be awesome thank you I don't know what to say"
"Of course,what Billie told me he made you sound like Eddie Van Halen or something"and Anna just stood there speechless,so Joan took them backstage and they hung out for a while before the show and Joan got to know Anna more and around 7:30 people started showing up for the show,so until it started Joan and Anna practiced together and even Joan was blown away at how good Anna could play
"Billie did you seriously teach this kid"
"I taught her the basics, then she just did the rest"
"Wow, you put a meaning to punk rocker and are probaly one of the best guitar players I've ever heard and you're only how old

"Thats how old I was when I got my first guitar"and Anna went to her bag and grabbed her Cd, her polaroid and her pride pin
"Could you sign this for me"
"Of course"and she signed the Cd and the pin,so now she had Cds signed by Green Day and Joan Jett and a pride pin
"Adrienne can you take a picture of us" and she handed the camera to her and she looked at the guys expectingly
"Guys all of us"
"Oh sorry" so they got up and stood next to each other and Joan had her arm around Anna and Billie,Mike and Tre standing next to them and Anna was just smiling like an idiot
"Got it" and Adrienne handed Anna the picture and the camera and Anna spoke
"Can you take pictures tonight"
"Of course" so it was about show time and Anna could tell that something else was up but only Joan knew about it so they hung out until someone came in and told Joan that it was time to go on and Joan spoke
"Anna, you ready"
"Yep"
"Then lets go"so her and Joan headed on stage and Billie,Mike,Tre, and Adrienne stood aside and watched the crowd go nuts as they walked out on the stage and Joan and Anna grabbed guitars and stood in from of the microphones and Joan spoke
"Ladies and gentlemen we have a very special guest tonight here with us, Miss Anna Kushner,she was mentored by the one and only Billie Joe Armstrong of Green Day and she is her to play with us tonight,alright" and the crowd just lost it as they jumped into Bad Reputation and Anna just killed it and meanwhile in the crowd Anna's mom and her boyfriend were looking at each other in shock and Tiffany spoke
"Holy shit is that Anna,Anna's playing with fucking Joan Jett" and so they songs went Bad Reputation,I Hate Myself For loving You,Crimson and Clover,Fake Friends,Everday People,Do You Wanna Touch Me ( Oh Yeah),Cherry Bomb,Any Weather,Light of Day,Aright With the Boys,New Orleans,Real Wild Child and after that song Joan spoke
"And now ladies and gentlemen I give you Green Day" and Billie,Mike and Tre came out on stage and Billie gave Anna a hug before stepping in front on the microphone and he spoke
"I just have one thing to say and I don't care what people say about this,but Tiffany,Anna's mom if you're out there in the crowd and so is your boyfriend you need to know that your kid is the best kid in the world and you don't know the amount of talent she has I mean come on she's up on stage playing with Joan Jett and fucking Green Day in front of hundreds of people and its not up to you it dictate if she's apart of our family we love her so fuck you" then Anna spoke
'Yeah mom"then they jumped into King For a Day and in between King For A Day and Shout, Anna spoke
"Okay put your phones away and stop looking through your screens because if your looking through your screens then you're not looking at us and enjoying the show you came to see and having a connection,don't be fake"then Billie went into Shout it was kept PG 13 for the most part but Billie is Billie, and Anna spoke
"I don't care who the fuck sees or hears this but all those kids who are gay,lesbian trans,or whatever you're not alone I love and support you and I'm gay and genderfluid and you be who you are and let no one knock you down or tell what you can and can't wear and if anyone says you can't then tell them that love in not a choice and I love you,yeah mom I just came out in front of hundreds of people,oh well"and the crowd loved it then they jumped into Ordinary World,then Basket Case,then Anna spoke
"This is for all those fucking politicians out there,fuck you Donald Trump,we have the fucking power,you got jack shit,yeah mom I just swore deal with it" so they jumped into Holiday and changed up the lyrics a bit,then she spoke again
"Mom this next song is for you at least I'm being nice and not playing Platypus" and they jumped into Pulling Teeth and finally they played I Love Rock'n Rock and after it ended Joan spoke
"Give it up for Billie Joe Armstrog,Mike Dirnt,and Tre Cool and last but not least Anna Kushner and Anna you can keep the guitar" then Anna spoke
"To all the kids out there whos parents want them to go to college and get a job and you want to start a band,life's to short go start a fucking band and one more time give it up for Joan Jett,Mr.Billie Joe Armstrong,Mr.Mike Dirnt,and Mr.Tre Cool and good night" so then they still had an encore and Billie and Anna went out and performed Thank You and once they were done they hugged each other and bowed and headed backstage and Adrienne hugged Anna and Billie
"You guys did amazing and the stuff you said put me in tears of joy" and Anna said thank you and went up to Joan and asked
"Um Joan are you signing stuff or meeting fans"
'Yeah"
"Could I tag along'
"Of course"
"And thanks for the guitar"
"Your welcome"so they all headed out by where all the fans were and one person walked up to Anna,in tears and held up her arms that were littered in cuts and scars and Anna took her wristband off and showed the girl her scars and gave her a tight hug and signed her arms and told her
"Stop,you'll feel a lot better"then put her wristband back on
"Okay and thank you"and the girl gave her another hug and walked away and Anna turned around and saw Joan,Billie,Mike,Tre,and Adrienne in tears and she went up and gave them hugs
"That was the sweetest thing I've ever seen"Joan said
"Yeah well I can relate"and Joan gave her a hug and she went up to Billie
"Sorry I took my wristband off"
"Oh its fine you were helping someone,you don't have to be sorry"he said smiling,then they all went back to talking and meeting with fans and of course Tiffany and her boyfriend show up
"Anna you did well and you know you're not allowed to swear"he mom's boyfriend said
"Yeah okay did I ask for your opinion and does it look like I care"
"Anna be nice"her mom said
"I don't need his opinion and him telling me what I can and can't say"
"But still be nice'
"Fine,Billie,Mike,Tre,Adrienne this is my mom's stupid boyfriend"
"Anna you said you were gonna be nice"
"Yeah well people lie"
"I swear Anna I'm not dealing with you right now I don't care if you just played a concert to fucking hundreds"
"Listen to yourself you just said that I played a concert to hundreds and your not a bit proud,your own flesh and blood just played a concert to hundreds and I honestly don't give a fuck if your proud or not because you know what you're acting just like Marie,so leave"
"Anna"
"Mom leave"she said with tears in her eyes
"PLEASE,I want to meet with some fans"
"Okay" and Anna just hugged Billie and wiped her eyes
"I'm sorry guys"and Billie spoke
"Its okay she didn't need to come over here and make you upset and you did a kick ass job"he said smiling
"Thanks"she said smiling and they met with some more fans and some kids here age came up to here with flags from the entire pride spectrum and she signed them,got pictures with them and hugged them and one of them girls even kissed Anna on the cheek and wrote her number on Anna's arms and she trurned around with a shocked face and Billie,Mike,Tre,and Adrienne were all smiling and Adrienne gave her a hug and spoke
"Happy?"
"Um I think"she said smiling and Billie gave her a high five
"Congrats you just got a girl's number"and he started laughing
"Now I get why thats so funny"
'You just now get that" Anna said smiling, and they met with more fans,took pictures,gave hugs, and signed stuff,then after they did all that the guys and Anna,being the kids at heart and literal kid they are went on rides and played games and Joan did too and Anna legit got this fluffy buny hat or something and the ears would pop up,and they guys all got one too and Adrienne showed Anna all the good pictures she took to Anna and she used all her film but it was worth it so and Joan gave Anna her number too and around like 11:30 they left and Anna passed out in the car with a smlie on her face,it was definetley a kick ass day, definetley.
