Ch.63 Stay the Night

So then next morning Anna woke up and started worrying about what was gonna happen about her dad and stuff and she got upset and started silently crying,and everyone was still passed out and she went over by Billie and laid down next to him and hugged him and he woke up and looked down at Anna
"Hey Youngblood"he said with a smile,then he noticed her red and puffy eyes
"Whats wrong"
"I worried about what's gonna happen with my dad"and Billie just hugged her tighter so she knew its was okay
"Its okay,so we're all gonna drive up to Laurie's and hang out with her and your dad and pick up your dad and take a mini road trip kinda up to Madison to this really good rehab place,its the rehab I went to except this one is in Madison and he's gonna go through therapy and stuff and get better and clean and guess for what"
"Hmh"
"You"Billie said smiling and it made Anna smile
"Thanks Billo"she said hugging him back
"Of course"so they went and got coffee and just sat on the porch with the little radio and stuff and Anna spoke
"How is Adrienne so awesome"and Billie just laughed and smiled a little
"I don't know what did she do to make you happy now"
"I aksed her to look into puberty bockers for me and stuff and I was so embarassed to ask this but I asked her if I could get a chest binder and she just hugged me and smiled and was totally fine with it as long as I'm happy and comfortable and told me I could talk to her about anything and she will never judge because she loves me and i just about cried from being so happy"and Billie was just smiling like no tomorrow
"We will never know the answer,she just is"
"Yeah and after we came back here and I passed out on the couch and woke up an hour later and she was passed out on the other couch with her computer open to research about puberty blockers and gender dysphoria and that alone made my day"
"And we came back home to proably the most adorable sight ever"he said smiling
"What we were tired"
"Yeah"and gave Anna a hug
"No matter what you do or what changes you make or do I will always love and support you,along with everyone else cause we love you Youngblood"and hearing that made Anna smile,which made Billie smile even more,if thats even possible at this point,so they pretty much just chilled for a little bit and they went and grabbed little Billie and sat on the porch with him and Billie was glad that Anna was happy,after all the recent shit that has happened she needs a fucking break,so eventually everyone was up and had coffee in them so Anna and Billie headed back inside and Anna sat down next to Adrienne and hugged her
"Morning"
"Hi"Anna said back,so once everyone was fully functioning,Anna and Billie packed up some of her dad's stuff and then everyone headed up to Laurie's the ride there was fulled with music,jokes,laughing,etc., Anna of course was the main on to listen to music,so about an hour passed and they were pulling up at Laurie's so they got out and Anna kinda stood hesitaintly in the drive way and Billie saw her hanging back and went back by her and saw she looked upset
"Hey what up"
"I'm just worried my dad will be upset about seeing me and feeling guilty"and she was fighting tears and Billie hugged her
"Youngblood your dad would only be guilty because he cares and loves you and he will never ever ever be upset about seeing you,its okay"
"Okay"so they headed in and everyone was sitting in the living room and Anna saw her dad and he looked like hell and she had tears in her eyes and practically tackled him in a hug and he spoke
''Its okay kiddo,I missed you too"and Anna just hugged her dad and cried until she calmed down and her dad smiled at her
"I'm gonna get better okay"and Anna just nodded and Laurie was in tears because of how sweet this was and Adrienne was because she knew how much Anna missed her dad, so everyone talked and Soctt was caught up on the good things that have happened since he's been gone and it made her happy to smile and to be happy,so after that Laurie said bye to Scott and everyone else and so everyone got in the car and started driving towards Madison, Anna mainly listened to music,while in the process hugging her dad the whole way there, so they got there and Anna saw what the building looked like and it looked really nice, they all got out and Billie handed Scott a bag of his stuff and everyone had tears in their eyes and Anna could think of some resons why and Scott faced Adrienne
"I swear thank you for being like a mom to Anna and being their for her and making her smile take care of her"and Scott had tears in his eyes and Adrienne smiled
"Scott come here"and she pulled him into a hug and when she let go she spoke
"You know I will" then Scott faced Joan
"Thank you for making Anna's day and being a kick ass person being there for her"and he gave Joan a hug
"Of course" and then he turned to Mike
"Dude thanks for making sure Anna always had coffee in the morning so she didn't loose it and being there for her"and Mike kinda laughed a little
"A day with no caffine is a bad day and no problem"and gave him a hug and turned to Tre
"Thanks for always making Anna laugh and putting a smile on her face"
"My specialty"and Tre gave him a hug and then turned to Billie
"Man thank you for helping Anna through shit in the past with her mom and school and making her happy and smile and cheering her up and always making sure that she has fun"and Billie gave him a hug and spoke
"Of course she's my little Youngblood"and that comment made Anna smile, and then Scott turned to Anna
"Kiddo I love you I always will and I'm sorry this happened but I'm gonna get better and be there for you again,okay"and Anna had tears rolling down her face and she nodded and hugged her dad
"I love you too" so once she let go Billie walked in with Scott and when they were in the lobby Billie spoke
"You gotta get better man,for Anna"
"I know I will"and someone walked in the lobby and spoke
"Wait Billie"and Billie turned to him
"Oh hey man"
"What are you doing here"
"Um my buddy Scott is checking in"
"Oh okay"and he walked over and spoke to Scott
"Nice to meet you"
"Hey"and Billie spoke
"Could you give us a minute"
"Of course"so the dude walked away and Billie spoke
"That was one of my therapists that helped me,he'll help you get better"and Scott hugged Billie
"Billie thank you man,how happy you make Anna and for getting me this help I can't thank you enough"
"Just focuse on getting better and as always we'll take care of Anna"
"Good"and so Scott got checked in and Billie was smiling and had tears rolling down his face
"Billie why are you crying"he asked laughing a little
"Just what Anna has went through since you've been gone just she is like one of the strongest people I've ever met and I don't know I just am kinda a mix of emotions because of whats happened but also she's there and makes me happy so I don't know"and Scott gave Billie another hug
"Billie it'll be okay,now go by Anna I'll be fine"
"Alright bye man"and Billie walked outside and saw everyone still where they were and Anna had tears rolling down he face and Billie went over and gave her a hug
"It's okay, he'll be okay" and Anna calmed down and Billie went and grabbed something out of the car and went back over by Anna,it was her Rev Rad hoodie and Billie smiled and handed it to her and she put it on
"Thanks Billie"
"Of course Yougblood''so everyone got in the car and started driving back home and Anna passed out leaning against Adrienne,she didn't mind, she thought it was cute,so by the time they got home Anna woke up and Adrienne spoke
"You fell asleep leaning on me"she said smiling
"Oh sorry"Anna said yawning and Adrienne gave her a hug

"Okay"and so they got out of the car and Anna almost fell over and the guys laughed, so they all went in the house and Anna was met with a barking little Billie and she crouched down to his height and pet him,and when she got back up she rubbed her eyes to wake up some more and she turned around and saw Billie standing there smiling
"Huh"she asked
"You're just so cute when you wake up"
"Okay" so everyone relaxed for a little while and Adrienne spoke
"Lets go Youngblood"and Billie as a joke protended to be offended and Anna laughed a little
"Where are we going"
"You'll see"
"Okay"so they left and Anna knew the area well and she was trying to think of all the possible places and they pulled up and got out and Anna did not recognize the place but just followed Adrienne, so they went in and walked up to the front desk and Adrienne spoke to the lady behind it
"Hi um we spoke on the phone yesterday"
"Oh yes Mrs.Armstrong"
"Yeah,um I'm here for my niece,Anna"
"Okay just a moment" and the lady went on her computer and stuff
"Okay you're good to go, someone will see you in a few minutes"
"Okay thank you"and Anna and Adrienne walked over and sat down in the waiting area and there wasn't anyone else there, and Anna spoke
"Why are we here"
"You asked me to look into puberty blockers for you so I did and at Pride Fest some people in the health area gave me some stuff to research and I found this place, it specializes in gender dysphoria and all together teenage health and so I called and made an appointment for you"and Anna gave Adrienne a hug
"I swear you are the best"and Anna was smiling which made Adrienne smile
"Look who's talking"
"Yeah yeah"so they waited a few minutes and a lady walked out into the room and spoke
"Anna Kushner"and her and Adrienne stood up
"Right this way"so they followed the lady into a room where they sat down and the lady sat across from both of them
"Hi, I'm Alice,you're Anna right"
"Yeah"and Alice faced Adrienne
"By the way huge fan of Green Day"
"I'll tell Billie then"and Alice kinda looked in shock
"Thanks"and she faced Anna
"Do you Adrienne in here while we talk"
"Yeah"
"Okay,well from what Adrienne explained it seems you have gender dysphoria,right"
"Yeah I'm gender fluid by still have it"
"Okay so could you tell me how you feel in general about it"
"Well I was born a girl and now I just feel super insecure and I'm most insecure about my chest because I hate it I don't want a chest and I hate other aspects of puberty, because of my dysphoria and in my mind when I wear girl clothes I am a boy that's cross dressing and I feel comfortable in boy clothes and I mostly act and dress like a boy, but still have my girl days and I feel ugly because of my dysphoria and yeah"and Anna kinda put her head down when she was done and Alice spoke
"Its okay to feel all of that and you aren't ugly but we can come up with a solution so you feel more comfortable about yourself"
"Okay"
"But I have to ask you some questions if thats okay"
"Yeah"
"Have you ever self harmed or thought about it or suicide"
"Um"and Adrienne held Anna's wrsitband hand and she sighed
"Yeah back when I was 13 after I found out I was gay and gender fluid I got really depressed and make five little cuts on my wrist and thought about ending it all but music saved me and then again a little while ago after my dad won custody of me after having to relive the hell my mom put me through and I made three more little cuts on the same wrist but I got better"and Anna was tearing up and Adrienne gave her a hug
"I'm not trying to make you upset I just have to ask"
"I get it, you're just doing your job its fine"
"Okay well what you've told me I think we could put you on puberty blockers,the pill form and see how it goes,okay"
"Okay" so Alice wrote down something and handed Adrienne the piece of paper and something else
"One's the perscription and that other is kind of a consent form so Anna can have the medication"
"Okay"and Adrienne signed
"So I will call you guys back and see how stuff is going in like a week and if you have any questions or conserns just call"
"Okay thanks"and her and Adrienne walked out and Anna hugged Adrienne when they got outside
"Thank you"and Adrienne smiled
"Of course just so you're happy and comfortable"
"Yeah"
"So wanna go fill this"
"Sure"so they drove to Walgreens and filled it and they could pick it up in an hour and Adrienne spoke
"So we got an hour to kill want should we do"
"Go drive around downtown blasting music'
"Good plan"so they headed there and just blasted a lot of music and sang along and stuff with the windows down and had a good time, so after stopping and get caffine high and blasting music they headed back over to Walgreens and picked up the perscription and headed back to Scott's and Anna was in a good mood, and that made Adrienne smile, so they headed in the house and everyone was just chilling and Billie was on the floor playing with little Billie
"We're back''Adrienne said
"Where'd you guys go"and Anna spoke
"I said fuck you to my gender dysphoria"and Billie justed smiled because of how happy Anna was
"Good"so there was a knock on the door and Adrienne answered it and came back with a box and Anna spoke
"What'd ya order"and Adrienne handed her the box and she kinda just look at Adrienne,confused and Adrienne spoke
"Open it"and Anna did and she saw what it was, it was a chest binder and she practically jumped up and tackled Adrienne with a hug
"Thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you, you are the best"and everyone was smiling that Anna was happy,especially Billie and then Anna ran in her room and changed and came back out with two thumbs up and Adrienne smiled and walked over and gave her a hug
"Like it, Youngblood"
"You are the best fricking person ever"
"I'll take that as a yes then"
"Yep I'm finally comfortable in my own body,well almost anyways"and Adrienne was happy that Anna was happy and Anna went in the kitchen and Adrienne followed
"So wanna take 'em" she asked referencing to Anna's perscription
"Yeah"so she grabbed a galss of water and took a pill out of the bottle and took it and Adrienne spoke
"It might mess up your mood a little"
"Okay"and Anna went back in the living room and sat down next to Billie
"Hi Billo"
"Hey Youngblood"he said giving her a hug
"Feel better"
"Yeah" so everyone just relaxed and took it easy and as the evening went on Anna noticed that Billie looked upset and was trying to hide it,so she got up and grabbed a fluffy blanket and sat back down and covered them both up and hugged him and spoke
"I'm gonna hug you until you're not upset anymore"and Billie smiled
"Okay,I'm not arguing with that"so both of them passed out after a while,and Adrienne gave everyone else the run down on Anna and stuff,and eventually everyone passed out. So about three hours later Anna wakes up and Billie's not on the couch, so she gets up and looks around and he's sitting at the kitchen table with his head down,so she walks over by him
"Billie"and he puts his head up and Anna sees his eyes are red and puffy from crying,so she sits in the chair next to him
"What's wrong"and Billie just sighed
"How we dropped off your dad at rehab today,it kinda brought up some old memories I'd much rather forget,and I woke up from probaly the worst fucking dream"and he started tearing up again and Anna hugged him
"Its okay Billo"
"Thanks Youngblood, y'know I love you right"
"Yep and I love you too''
"So do you wanna talk about your dream"
"Yeah it might help me fall back asleep"and he sighed
"We were at my house and I got really drunk and I started yelling and going off on everyone and everyone was trying to get me to shut up and chill out,so you had the courage to give me a hug to try and calm me down even though I was fucked up and I-I pushed you away and you had the most rejected sad look on your face and you started crying and saying some stuff that really scared everyone, like along the lines of what you said after the whole thing with your grandpa happened and everyone could care less about me and Adrienne was hugging you and you were basically a ball of tears on the floor and I realized I fucked up and I tried to help and you pushed me away and it was really bad"and he started crying a little bit again and Anna hugged him
"Its okay,it was a dream and I know that you would never do that to me or anyone else because you love us, and plus you've been better for a long time and happy and healthy, and that's how it should be"and Billie smiled
"Thanks Youngblood"
"Of course,and what can I do to make you feel better"
"Just be right here with me and be your adorable self"
"Got it and y'know what you can do"
"Huh"
"Replace all the bad memories with good ones so thats what you remember and say fuck the past"
"That's actually really clever"
"Yeah I don't know where I learned it but whatever"
"Still a good idea,so its like 4:30 in the morning, sleep or be all slap happy"
"I can't believe I'm gonna say this but sleep"
"Wow Youngblood just turned down an offer to stay up all night did hell freeze over"he said laughing a bit
"No I'm just tired"

"Yeah yeah"so they got up and went and sat on the couch, and then Billie got up and grabbed Anna's Rev Rad hoodie and came back and handed it to her and she put it on and spoke
"Y'know how you think I'm the most adorable person in the world"
"Yeah"
"That's what I think of you because you're so dang cute and small in the hoodie,like if cuteness could kill,we'd all be dead"and Anna blushed a little
'Thanks Billo"
"Yep and you have the prettist brown eyes, and the softest brown hair, and a smile that makes my day and you're fun sized,adorable and cute and no matter what you are always adorable and beautiful, and not to mention my little Youngblood, so that makes you twice as awesome" and Billie said all of the because Adrienne gave him a little run down on Anna and he didn't want her to be upset and because he does think she's adorable and Anna just hugged him and eventually passed out in his arms and he looked down and say her passed out and he fell asleep with a smile on his face.
