Ch.50 Give Me Novicane

Anna woke up the next morning and remebered what happened last night and started crying and spoke
"B-Billie"and Billie got up and hugged her and hummed to calm her down
"Its okay,its okay I'm right here"
"I-I'm sorry"
"Hey you have nothing to be sorry about,okay"
"O-Okay"and she eventually calmed down and Billie wiped her tears off and went and got little Billie and set him next to Anna to cheer her up and she pet him which resulted in a small smile and she spoke
"Please don't tell my dad"and she started crying again
"Hey its okay I won't tell him okay"and he wiped her tears off again,and he just gave her a hug and held her hand,and he had an idea to cheer her up,so he went to her stereo and put her Revolution Radio Cd in and pushed play and she was now calmed down and she was smiling a little bit so Billie just sat next to her and hugged her and she hugged him back and when they let go Billie spoke
"Do you wanna go out by the guys and Adrienne"and she was still holding Billie's hand and she just nodded,so they walked out of her room and the guys and Adrienne were awake and Scott was still out with his girlfriend and Anna just walked up to Adrienne and gave her a hug
"Morning"and Anna didn't say anything and Adrienne looked at Billie with a concerned look,and Anna let go and she sat down and Billie stepped outside and was on the phone and called their manager
"Hey man"
"Billie,the tour is going really well"
"Thanks and about that um me and the guys need to take a little break from the tour for a personal matter"
"Oh um okay like how long were you thinking"
"Don't get mad,but like a month like it's really important"
"Okay I'll see what I can do,anything else"
"Um no thats all man and thanks"
"Of course,k bye I have to get the word out"
"K bye man"so Billie hung up and went back inside and pulled the guys aside and Mike spoke
'Hey whats up with Anna is she okay"he asked with his arms folded over his chest
"Well yesterday she told me that it opened up a lot of old wounds and she didn't know how to deal with it and after the show ended I had this really bad feeling like something bad was gonna happen,and when we all came back here and passed out,I couldn't sleep and at like one in the morning I heard crying coming from Anna's room so I checked on her and she was sitting up against her bed crying with scissors in her hand and she relapsed and cut again,so I calmed her down,and after she passed out I hid the scissors and I went over to Tiffany's and yelled at her,then came back here and I slept on the floor in Anna's room and she woke up crying and apologizing and I calmed her down again"and when he was done,Mike and Tre both had tears in there eyes and Mike spoke
"Oh my god"
"Yeah and I talked to our manager and asked for a month off tour and I said it was a personal matter and it was really important"
'Okay"so they went back by Anna and Adrienne  and Billie sat next to Anna and she held his hand and spoke
"Hey I talked to our manager and we're gonna take a break from tour okay"and Anna just nodded
"Sorry" thats all she said
"You have nothing to be sorry about,nothing is your fault and its okay"
"But I scared you and you guys aren't gonna trust me anymore,and I'm keeping you guys from tour and I'm sorry you saw me like that and I don't want you to worry about me that I'm gonna do something stupid and I-I'm sorry"and she started crying and Billie hugged her
"You don't have to be sorry about anything,and we do trust you and I get why you did that and you aren't keeping us from tour,we just want you to be okay,and I love you so I'm gonna worry and we all love you so don't be sorry,okay"
"O-Okay"and Mike and Tre got up and them and Billie gave her a group hug and Billie wiped her tears off and she calmed down and she held Billie's hand and Adrienne pulled Mike aside and she had tears welling up in her eyes and spoke
"What happened"
"Last night she relapsed and cut again and she had a few breakdowns,because of yesterday"and Adrienne started crying
"Oh my god,god I hate her mom so fucking much"
"Yeah after Anna passed out Billie went over to Tiffany's and yelled at her"
'Good"so they headed back by Billie,Anna,and Tre and Adrienne gave her a hug and Billie spoke
"Do you wanna go get ice cream"he asked smiling and Anna smiled a little and nodded,so they brought little Billie along for puppy emotional support and headed to Baskin Robbins and Anna wouldn't let go of Billie's had but he didn't mind,whatever helped,so they ordered and went and sat on the giant staircase and ate their ice cream,and Billie got up and set little Billie next to Anna so she was okay and he walked away a little so Anna couldn't hear him and called someone
"Hey Joan"
"Hey Billie,whats up"
"Um do you think you could come and visit"
"Yeah sure and is everything okay you sound upset"
"No Anna relapsed and cut again last night and had a few breakdowns because of what happened yesterday"
"Oh shit yeah I'll be there"
"Okay,bye Joan"
'Bye Billie"so he hung up and went back by Anna and scooted little Billie over and sat down next to Anna and held her hand and spoke
"I have a surprise for you and its on its way"
"Okay"Anna said in small voice and Billie tried to cheer her up by playing some music on his phone and it worked she started smiling a little bit more,which made him smile,and a little bit later they headed back to Scott's and he still wasn't there and Anna just sat on the couch with little Billie holding and petting him and Billie,Mike,Tre,and Adrienne all went outside and talked about what they were gonna do and Billie spoke
"I think we should just take it ear by ear with her because she seems to be smiling a little bit more"
"Yeah but waht are we gonna tell Scott"
"She basicaly begged me not to tell him,like she explained to me that he does a form of self destruction in a way and is hard on himself and it breaks her heart and she realized how her parents felt back when she wasn't okay,and she doesn't want him to worry and she her go through that again"
"Oh shit,well he's gonna know something's up he's not stupid and its his own kid"
"Yeah but she hid it from her parents before,but we don't need any backlash"
"Fuck we're screwed"
"How about if he asks whats up we just tell him that she's just upset because yesterday opened up some old wounds'
"Yeah" and Billie went and sat on the picinic table
"Fuck guys when I walked in her room god I used all of my strength to not cry ,she was sitting there crying her eyes out with scissors in her hand and fresh cuts,and to just see her like that broke my heart and to just know that its Tiffany's fault god I just seeing her like that I god"and he started getting choked up and Mike spoke
"No matter how bad this sounds but we have to keep an eye on her,so she doesn't do anything stupid"
"Mike she told me that she would never do that because she knows how bad it would effect her dad back when she wasn't okay,now she has us and she felt so guilty that her dad had to see her like that and that he even considered that she would do that she felt so guilty she blamed herself so don't bring it up and,she's not gonna do anything stupid I know that"and Adrienne spoke
"Billie's right one time at the hotel she was explaining stuff about her past to us and she said that and that it broke her heart because her dad even actually said to her that he wasn't gonna burry his own kid,and how guilty she felt that he even said that,she's not gonna do anything we just have to help her through that and you and Tre were in your room so you didn't hear the conversation so its fine"
"Okay I get but just so its been said"
"I get where your coming from and I get why you would say that because you don't know the entire story"and Adrienne spoke
"Well we just have to cheer her up as much as possible and help her through this with love and support,okay"
"Of course,we just want her to be better and happy thats all that matters right now"
"Yep" and around then Joan showed up
"Hey guys how is she"
"She's smiling a little bit more and she's probaly wondering what her surprise is"he said smiling
"Okay"so Joan went inside and everyone else stayed outside and talked,and she walked in the living room
'Hey Anna"
"Joan what are you doing here"Anna asked smiling a little bit more
"Surprise"she said giving Anna a big hug
"I missed you"
"So did I,you're the coolest kid ever"
"Thanks and I think little Billie missed you"and little Billie literally licked Joan's entire face
'I missed him too"she said smiling
"So I heard you guys sold out Miller Park"
"Yeah"
"Whens your next show"
"Um not for a while,we're taking a break from tour for a little bit because um"
"Hey its okay Billie told me and I don't blame him and guess what"
"Hmh"
"I have a surprise for him,I'm taking a little break from tour and I'm gonna stay with you"
"Really"Anna said smiling
"Yeah"and Anna gave Joan a hug
"How are you so awesome"
"I don't know"and Joan was just happy that Anna was smiling more
"How are you so awesome"Joan said back to Anna
"Um I don't know"
"And I think Billie has another surprise for you"
"Oh cool,and can you not tell my dad,please'
"Don't worry I won't if you don't want me to,and Billie told me that you have a pretty kick ass room"
"Yeah"so Anna showed Joan her room and it had even more posters
"Wow this is pretty kick ass"
"Yeah my dad helped"
"Its cool thats for sure"
"Thanks"and they went back in the living room and sat back down,and Anna started thinking about her dad and how she would be heart broken if he found out and she started crying and Joan spoke
'Hey its okay,you don't have to cry everything will be fine Billie,Mike,Tre,Adrienne and me will make sure of that,okay"she said giving Anna a hug
"O-Okay,sorry"
"You don't have to be sorry everyone has emotions"
"Thanks"
"Of course"and Anna started rubbing her wrist and so Joan put little Billie in Anna's lap so she would pet him instead of rub her wrist and she just smiled and Joan spoke
"Wanna take little Billie on a walk I think their still talking"
"Sure"so they got up and Anna grabbed little Billie's leash and they walked outside and Joan told them what they were doing and her and Anna left so they walked around the neighborhood and they even walked to the hidden away park that Anna hangs out at and when they got up there they just sat on the swings and Anna spoke
"Y'know I used to come up here and I would just listen to music and play air guitar and people would look at me crazy but it was fun"
"That sounds fun"
"Yeah,one time I started blasting Bad Reputation and some dude looked at my crazy and I forgot my earbuds"
"Nice"Joan said smiling,so they hung out there for a while then walked around,and ended up at Record Head,so they headed in and Joan thought the place was really cool,so they looked around for a little bit and the manager came out of the back room and she knows Scott and Anna
"Anna what are doing with Joan Jett"
"Um long story"
"Okay,but um wow Joan Jett is standing in my store"
'Yep"
"So you've brought Green Day in here and now Joan Jett"
"Yeah"
"Dang,um would you be cool with signing something"and Joan spoke
"Sure"so she went in the back room and grabbed a guitar and a silver Sharpie,so Joan signed it
"Thanks"
"No problem" so they looked around for a little bit and then left and headed back to Scott's and Billie,Mike,Tre,and Adrienne were done talking and just sitting,relaxing outside and Billie spoke
'Hey guys"Billie said smiling
"Hi" Anna said in a small voice,and she went and sat next to Billie and held his hand and he just smiled and spoke
"Y'know how we're taking a break from tour"and she nodded
"Well we were thinking we could all go back to Oakland"and Anna just gave him a hug
"Surprise"he said smiling,then Joan spoke
"And I'm taking a break from tour too and I can stay with you guys"
"Wow Joan really"Billie said smiling
"Yeah of course"
"Well then we're gonna have a kick ass time"Billie said smiling and Anna just smiled
"Do you want your dad to come"and Anna shook her head no
"Okay I'll call him and tell him" so Billie went inside and called Scott
"Hey Scott'
"Hey Billie whats up"
"Um well we're taking a break from tour and we're heading back to Oakland and I was wonder if we can bring Anna"
"Yeah sure man,just so she's happy and has fun"
"Ok man thanks,bye"
"Bye"so Billie went back outside by everyone,and sat back down next to Anna and smiled
"You're coming back with us"and she gave him a hug
"Wanna go for a ride"and she nodded,so she grabbed her board,Billie grabbed her other board,Mike grabbed her longboard,and Tre rode her Bmx bike and they rode to the skate park,and Anna saw her buddies,and Billie went and got them and explained what was up with her and they came over there
"Hey Anna"
"Hi you guys getting into trouble without me"
"Of course what else"
"Yeah,and I won't be back in Wisconsin for a month,because we're taking a break from tour"
"Cool where ya going"
"Me,the guys,Adrienne,and Joan are going back to Oakland"
"Oh cool,well have fun,we gotta go sorry,talk to you later bye"
"Its fine bye guys"and they darted and after they left she sighed with tears in her eyes and Billie saw
"Hey its okay"
"Yeah I just back when I wasn't okay I pushed Nathanial away and everyone else and in my mind I had no friends and I-I'm just scared I'll do that with them"and she started crying
"Its okay,that won't happen,you haven't pushed us away and we won't let you because we love you"and so the guys gave her a group hug and Billie calmed her down
"Thanks"
"Of course"and then Billie went on his phone and ordered plane tickets to California for tomorrow and he spoke
"I just got tickets,we leave tomorrow at like noon"
"Okay"so they rode around for a little bit,then headed to Scott's and started packing,so after they were done they all relaxed and watched Ordinary World,in comfy clothes and fuzzy blankets,and Anna passed out on Billie and everyone smiled and laughed and of course Adrienne took a picture,so Billie carried her into her room and put her in bed wrapped up in a fuzzy blanket and gave her a kiss on her forehead and left her to sleep,she needed it,she looked like hell,so he grabbed a pillow and a blanket and slept on the floor in her room and Adrienne took a picture from the doorway and smiled and everyone passed out after an emotional day.
