Ch.68 X-Kid

So the through out the day Anna was super off and had a super bad feeling and Billie was obviously concerned too,so at around like 1:00 someone knocked on the door and Anna looked out the window and saw that it was her fucking mom and she spoke
"Billie it's my fucking mom"
"Well what the hell does she want"
"I don't know"and Billie walked over there by her and opened the door and spoke
"What the hell do you want"and Tiffany spoke
"I wanted to tell Anna something since there's a 50/50 chance she would hang up on me if I called instead,and it's really important"and Anna spoke
"Well,what's so important"
"Anna me and Ken are gonna have a baby"and Anna's face just fucking dropped
"W-Wait wh-what,b-but you can have kids anymore"
"We're having one through a suraget"and Anna felt like the world was spinning
"Wait I-I'm gonna have a half sibling"
"Yeah,are you happy"
"Fuck no,are you fucking kidding me"and Tiffany handed her a small box
"Those are all the pictures of you of when you were younger that I could find,keep em"and Anna spoke
"Are you doing this because I'm not around anymore or what''
"Kind of yeah"and Billie right then slammed the door in Tiffany's face and locked it and Anna had tears in her eyes and Billie pulled her into a hug

"No it's not this is gonna be something like my dad and aunt Laurie shit,she's having a fucking kid with that jerk,to replace me"and she was crying now
"It's okay Youngblood,it'll be okay"and he couldn't even wrap his head around how fucked up that is,and they went in the living room and stuff and Anna opened the little box her mom gave her and she saw all pictures of her little self from a baby to like seven years old and Billie was looking at some pictures smiling and spoke
"Okay you were a fricking adorable little person"and Anna laughed a little
"Thanks Billo"
"Yep,like how is it possible for one kid to be that cute"
"I don't know"and it hit her,this kid was gonna replace her and her mom's messed up way of thinking and she had tears in her eyes and ran and grabbed her pocket knife and ran out and ran as far as her legs could take her,and Billie couldn't even process what was happening,before he could say anything she was out the door
"Youngblood"and he ran to the door to see if he could catch her
"Shit"and he went and got everyone,and he was on the verge of loosing it,Anna has never ran away

"Her mom came over here and told her that she was having a kid with that dead beat and that Anna was gonna have a half-sibling to basically replace her and just I can't even"and Adrienne looked like she was gonna kill someone

"Yeah"
"That bitch is replacing her own kid because she was a bad mom and drove Anna away"
"Yeah"and everyone was ready to ether kill Tiffany or loose it and Billie spoke
"Shit"so Joan left and went over to Tiffany's house to rip her a new one and Billie and Adrienne went in one group to find Anna and Mike and Tre in another to try and find Anna,Billie and Adrienne went to McKinley,Anna wasn't there, under the bridge,not there,Mike and Tre went to the skate park,not there,all her hang out places,she wasn't there,they all met back up at McKinley and Mike spoke
"She's nowhere"and Adrienne had tears in her eyes,Anna's like a daughter to her so she truly felt that she had a lost kid and she spoke
"God where is she"and Billie spoke
"We can't call Scott and tell him yet,I'm gonna call Laurie"so he did
"Hey Billie what's up"
"Anna's gone and we don't wanna tell Scott,can you think of anywhere she could be"
"She's what"
"She ran away because of what her mom did"
"I know where Scott used to run and you might find her there but I'm guessing you guys ruled that out,if she doesn't want to be founded I would suggest going to Scott's buddy Tony"
"Laurie you are a fucking life saver,thank you"

"Thanks"and Laurie texted him where they needed to go,so they headed over there and it was a like a bar and Italian resturant,and she said to go in the back,and met Tony and Billie spoke
"If she didn't want to be found where would she go"and Tony spoke
"Well being Scott's kid he probably showed her the trails through Tosa by the river,she probably knows them like the back of her hand by now so check there"

"Will do"so everyone was a little relived that they had an idea of where she would be,so they found out that the trails started back by the bridge,so they started there and Billie's phone rang,it was their manager

"Billie you guys have a show in like 30 minutes,what the hell is happening"
"Don't get pissed,but Anna ran away and we're out looking for her,and all of us could honestly care less about a god damn show right now and do not tell anyone this happened"
"Okay, okay just find her"
"That's the plan"and he hung up,and the sun was starting to go down,so Anna is kinda fucked by now,so she was under a different bridge,hiding and silently crying,and was thinking,man she fucked up,everyone is probably worried as fuck about her and that of course made her feel really guilty and she was right everyone was worried sick, and everyone was still wandering the trails,calling Anna's name,eventually they spilt up just like before to cover more ground and right as it got dark,Billie saw the kind of hidden away part of the bridge and went over there and saw Anna sitting there on a rock with her knees pulled up to her chest and her head baried in them and he had tears of joy in his eyes and gestured to Adrienne and she had tears of joy in her eyes too,and Billie went over ther and spoke
"Youngblood"and Anna looked up
"I'm sorry"and she started crying and he went and sat down next to her and pulled her into a hug
"Hey its okay,its okay"and Adrienne came over and gave her a hug and then called Mike and Tre to tell them they found her and once she calmed down she spoke
"Sorry I ran away"
"Its okay we get why,your mom should have never done that and Joan is over at her house right now ripping her a new one"
"Okay and shit we had a show"
"Don't worry about a show Youngblood,we can always make those up"
"I know,I just feel bad,I scared you guys"
"All that matters is you're good now and I have my Youngblood next to me so I'm good and same for Adrienne"he said smiling and Adrienne nodded and Anna spoke
"Like I get telling me that,but then basically disowning me and replacing me and giving me those pictures,I'm glad I got away from that bitch when I did"

"Come on lets get outta here before it gets completely dark"so they started walking and eventually got back on the parkway and Billie spoke

"Uh back in the day my dad may have or may not have been stabbed back in the trails,so for saftey,and it's way safer now,but just in case"

"Yeah"and so they got back to Scott's and Adrienne was ready to cut a bitch,even more so now because they found Anna and Joan was back and she spoke

"Yeah"and then Mike and Tre gave her hug,they were of course happy that they found her and then she went and grabbed her Rev Rad hoodie and put it on and she chilled on the couch and Billie joined her and they accidently passed out,so while they were passed out Joan gave Mike,Tre,adn Adrienne a run down on what was all said and shit over at Tiffany's and like before Adrienne was ready to cut a bitch and she was gonna do something about it,so her and Joan headed back over to Tiffany's and just completely went off on her and gave her probably the biggest reality check of her life,along with Joan,again,so a little bit later Billie woke up and saw Anna still passed out and smiled,he thinks she's adorable,this has been established, and he decided to show Mike and Tre the pictures Tiffany gave Anna and they thought they were adorable
"Man to think that she's gonna try and replace her,is the most fucked up thing for a parent to do"and the guys agreed
"Wait where are Adrienne and Joan"and Mike spoke
"At Tiffany's,after you guys passed out Joan gave us the run down of what she said when she was over there and Adrienne was already mad as hell,so they went over there''and hearing that made Billie concerned,he knew that especially Adrienne was mad as possible about this,he doesn't need her to do anything stupid
"Shit"and he headed over there,when he got there Tiffany was in tears and her dead beat husband was comforting her and Joan was basically holding Adrienne back and he spoke
"Okay,Adrienne I can't let you do anything stupid,its my job"and then he faced Tiffany"You are the worst parent ever,do y'know what Anna did when it hit her,she fucking ran away and we had to go look for her and find her and it scared the living shit outta me,Adrienne,Joan,and the guys"and Tiffany spoke
"I know I'm a terrible parent"and Adrienne spoke
"No fucking shit"and Billie spoke
"Tiffany listen to me,if you do this you will turn everyone's lives upside down in the worse way possible,if you don't do it,you won't get the backlash or the hell you will endure later,and bottom line if you still care about and love Anna like you say you do,you won't do this,not to her"and everyone kinda just frooze and Tiffany spoke
"Okay,I get it"she said in realization,wipping her tears away
"Just let Anna know I'll always love her"and Adrienne was about to loose her shit and Billie turned to her
"Just let her have it,she's not worth it"and Adrienne nodded in agreement
"So everything is good,this isn't happening"and Tiffany and her dead beat husband agreed
"Okay"and back at Scott's Anna woke up
"Wait where's Joan,Billie,and Adrienne"and Mike spoke
"Ending this"
"Okay,as long as they don't get arrested we're good"she said jokingly,trying to lighten the situation,so everything was settled with Tiffany and her dead beat husband,this wasn't gonna happen,so Joan,Billie,and Adrienne headed back over to Scott's and right when Billie saw Anna again he smiled
"Hey Youngblood"he said sitting next to her and giving her a hug
"Hi"
"So good news,nothing is happening"and Anna gave Billie a hug
"Thank god"and Adrienne was still pissed about the whole situation,but was happy seeing Anna smile,so everyone decompressed after all of whatever the hell today was,and relaxed and Anna just slept,that's all she wanted to do,because in her mind she wanted to fall asleep and wake up and none of today happened,but sadly not the case and eventually everyone passed out and Anna woke up at like 2:00 in the morning and wrote a note and grabbed her phone and right before she left Billie woke up
"Hey Youngblood"he said,sleepishly,smiling
"Hi,wanna head over to the football field with me"
"Yep"so they brought along,coffee and a blanket and headed over there and as usual,sat down on the blanket,staring gazing and drinking coffee,which was always the best part of the day
"Come here, Youngblood"Billie said and Anna scooted over next to him and he put his arms around her
"I love you Youngblood"he said smiling,he honestly was still relieved and happy as fuck that they found her and all he wanted to do is hug her
"Love ya too Billo"she said smiling so as usul,going up in the blechers and watching the surise,and for some weird reason,watching the sun rise has always put a smile on Anna's face,and Billie watching her smile at the sun rise,always makes his day,hell her smiling makes his day,and then they went and fucked up Starbucks as usual and walked around,wristband hand in hand,and this always seemed to cheer Anna up,why we don't know,and Billie humming always put a smile on her face,because she thinks and know that he is one of the most talented people she has ever met,his passion for music is just like 'bam',and lastly she thinks it cute,so they eventually headed up on the roof of the church and relaxed there and Anna started laughing
"Man I am gonna have the most fucked up ass sleep patterns"and Billie started laughing
"You already do"he said smiling
"Yeah,well it's worth it"she said smiling
"Yep"and she gave him a hug
"So we have a show today or what"
"Yeah,in like fucking Green Bay''and Anna was smiling
"Yay I can say Green Day in Green Bay now"and Billie was glad she was happy
"Yep"so they woke up some more,technically and walked around and stuff and they headed back to Scott's and everyone was up so they relaxed for a couple hours,then practiced a little and packed up and headed out,because the drive was like two hours,so they got there and it was the place that the guys had played last time they were in Wisconsin for the Revolution Radio tour,so they practiced some more,did a sound check and Anna as usual was chilling up in the rafters and Billie went up by her
"Hey Youngblood"
"Hey Billo"and Billie laughed a little
"I swear you should just change your name to Youngblood"and Anna laughed a little
"Nah,but that would be cool"

"That has been established,yes"and Billie was smiling
"Yeah well point is I love you"he said giving her a hug

"Yeah"so Billie saw this spark in her outta the blue then and there,and it kinda caught him off guard,but at the same time but the biggest smile on his face possible,and Anna noticed

"Nothing,it's just gonna be an amazing show"
"Okay,and speaking of that we should probably get down from here"
"Yeah"so they got down and went backstage for a few minutes and then next thing they know they're walking on stage,which is normally how it goes,so they got up to their mics and Billie spoke
"Now we've made it happen for the second time,Youngblood,do the honors"he said smiling and Anna spoke
"Green Day in Green Bay"she said with a smile on her face and everyone was cheering
"Alright,lets go fucking crazy"and they jumped into American Idiot and Anna just fucking killed it,she was playing like no fucking tomorrow and left Joan,Billie,Mike,and Tre all stunned,they kinda froze for a minute,I mean they know she can play,but this was like full blown bam,kick ass,amazing playing,and after the song Billie spoke
"Damn kid,you keep surprising me"and the crowd laughed and cheered and Anna just smiled back at him so then they played Bang Bang,Longview,Brain Stew,Holiday,Carpe Diem,Revolution Radio and after every single song the guys and Joan were taking back by Anna's playing,she was fucking killing it,then they played King for a Day and Billie was being Billie and Anna was dying laughing,she should be immune to Billie's silliness,but isn't she never will,because it's awesome,then they played Youngblood and as usul Billie was standing next to Anna with his arm wrapped around her
"Anna's my little Youngblood"and everyone's favorite part
"She said fuck you I'm from Oakland"and they flipped off the crowd and between switching songs they heard someone in the audience yell
"Love you, Youngblood"and as a joke Billie spoke
"Mine"he said smiling and Anna just had a stupid look on her face,blushing a little bit and she stuck her tounge out at Billie,so they played Bouncing Off the Walls, 99 Revolutions, Last of the American Girls, Frankie, Knowledge, St.Insomina,Boulevard of Broken Dreams, Good Ridance,and finally Thank You,so they headed back stage and Billie gave Anna a hug
"How the hell,what I don't even you played so fucking good tonight"
"I put all my rage and love into playing tonight I guess"and Billie spoke
"See we have you to make Green Day jokes"
"Yep"and they were both smiling and she spoke
"I just put all my anger towards my mom into it and bam,that's what happens"

"Yeah"so they chilled for a little bit and decompressed,then eventually left and headed back down to Milwaukee and went back to Scott's and everyone was relaxing in the living room and stuff and Anna's phone rang,it was an unknown number that didn't look familiar,but she was curious anyway,so she walked in the kitchen and answered it

"You ungreatful little btich"and she recognized that voice,it was her mom's dead beat husband
"The fuck do you want you selfish bastard"and Billie heard this and was concerned
"Your mom fucking killed herself"
"She did what"Anna basically shouted
"She took a whole bunch of her fucking depression meds"
"Just tell me when the fuck the funeral is"
"In a week"
"Okay"and she hung up and turned around and Billie was standing right there and he spoke

"My mom fucking killed herself"and Billie was shocked

"Yeah"and Anna walked in the living room and Adrienne spoke

"My mom killed herself,funeral's in a week"and Adrienne was in shock and Anna just sat down with an expressionless face,and no one knew how to feel because her mom should have never put Anna through the shit she did,it could have been worse but still,but also she was still her mom,no one knew how Anna felt,if she was sad,a little relieved,or what the fuck,no one said anything it was just dead silence and Anna broke it
"I'm honestly not surprised that much,figuered she drive herself to that point anyway if I ever left"what scared Billie was that she was so casual about this but also taking into consideration, she's used to bad shit happening,it probably hasn't hit her yet,he was just concerned about the aftermath of when it does,because the loss of a parent can fuck with you,he knows,and hell the funeral's gonna be amazing,not
"I'm dealing with this later,fuck this shit"she said grabbing her board and leaving and Billie spoke
"I'm gonna go after her"and everyone was still in shock,almost frozen in time,and Billie left and followed Anna and caught up to her

"Yeah,I'm good"and Billie knew it didn't hit her yet and he had to keep an eye on her

"Fucking shit,my family from down south is gonna come up,shit shit shit,I have to act normal shit,they don't know I'm gay,and are crazy and my other great grandma thinks I'm a sweet little girl oh god"and she started having a full blown anxiety attack and Billie immediately pulled her into his arms to calm her down
"Deep breaths Youngblood,it's okay"so after a couple minutes she calmed down and it scared Billie and broke his heart to know that she was just like him, when he was a kid he would get so worked up and have bad anxiety attakcs

"Good news,my aunt that Adrienne knocked isn't going,and she's the one who starts most shit"

"Seriously,I'm fucked literally everyone is gonna hate me,because I'm real and don't stand there and take shit and because of you,the guys,Adrienne,and Joan,just because you guys are my family because they never acted like it,they hate you but they don't realize that its only hurting me because I love you guys,if they actually were smart and cared they would know that"and Billie pulled pulled her into a hug
"Well their loss because they are to dumb to see how awesome and amazing you are and that you're a real kid and that people can do wrong,if everyone hates you so what,fuck em and I know you'll raise hell if someone say something to us because you are awesome and amazing and care about people"he said smiling
"Yeah"and Anna was smiling

"I don't know"so they got down from the roof and headed under the bridge and Anna spoke
"Y'know the only thing I'm worried about is someone doing something to you,the guys,Adrienne,or Joan,because I don't want anyone that has hurt me before,hurting the people that actually care about me"
"I know Youngblood,but we can take shit,its okay and I know its only because you care,because that's you being your awesome self"he said smiling,so they chilled there for a little bit,then headed back to Scott's and everyone wasa still off about this whole thing,so Billie gave them the run down of what Anna said and stuff and yeah,so everyone chilled for a while and finally passed out and at like 1:00am Billie woke up and everyone was still asleep,and even surprisingly even Anna was still asleep and Billie nudged Anna
"Youngblood,hey Youngblood"and she woke up
"Huh Billo"she said smiling
"Wanna go star gaze"
"Sure"so they grabbed soome coffee and a blanket as usual and headed over to the football field and laid down on the blanket and star gazed and Anna spoke

"Um you,the guys,Adrienne and Joan,um has my dysfunctional family um kinda driven you away or will it"and Billie had the most concerned look on his face and he pulled Anna into a hug
"Youngblood,never,we will never ever leave you just because of them or any shit,never ever think that we would,we love you too much"
"Okay",she said smiling,which made Billie smile
"I just wanted to make sure"
"Nope,you can't rid of us that easy"
"Good"she said leaning against Billie and he put his arm around her
"Love you Youngblood"and he looked down at her and she was asleep,and he laughed a little and smiled
"Dang it you're too cute"and he rested his head on top of her's and sighed,he knew that when it finally hit her it wasn't gonna be pretty,but he and everyone would be there for her,in broke his heart that she was gonna have to suffer through the loss of a parent,he never wants her to got through what he went through like what he went through when his dad died,except with different circumstances,god when it hits her plus whatever shit goes down at the funeral this is gonna be hell for the next two weeks and so Billie stayed up and was thinking about what Anna had told him and stuff so around 5:00 Anna woke up and started crying and Billie pulled her into a hug
"Its okay Youngblood,its okay"and once she calmed down she spoke
"I had a really bad dream"
"It was just a dream,its okay"and he had an idea
"Billie hug attack"and he pulled her into a hug
"I'm hugging you until you aren't sad"he said smiling and Anna spoke
"I'm not aruging with that"so eventually he let go
"Better"
"Yeah"so they headed up on the bleachers and watched the sun rise and,that always made Anna smile and seeing her smile made Billie smile
"Youngblood"and she looked at him

"Okay"so then as usual they went and fucked up Starbucks and walked around, wristband hand in hand and Billie was humming and Anna had a smile on her face,and to Billie that's all that mattered right now.
