Ch.53 F.O.D

So after the most kick ass week ever Anna was drained,like just in all aspects of everything emotionally,physically,and mentally and she felt like crap and Billie obviously noticed and he also kept his promise to call Scott and check up on him for Anna,he also tried to cheer Anna up but got small results,so they were out for a ride and it just rained and Billie spoke
'Wanna race"
"Sure" so they raced and Anna ended up falling into a gaint mud puddle
"Fuck,now I look like you from '94 at Woodstock"and Billie started laughing
"Yeah,well lets head back so you can get cleaned up"so they rode back and when they got back and Mike and Tre saw Anna they died laughing and Mike spoke
"You look like Billie in '94 at Woodstock"
"Yeah well does 'All this fucking free hippy love shit,how you doin all you rich motherfuckers' ring a bell"and Billie and Tre were just laughing
"Yeah look who's talking mud hippie"
"Oh shut up Dirt"and they guys were dying laughing and Anna spoke
"Well I'm gonna go get cleaned up"so Anna headed upstairs and grabbed some fresh clothes and went in the bathroom that attaches to her room and changed out of her muddy clothes and got in the shower,and she doesn't shower a lot especially when she isn't okay because then she thinks about stuff and she hates it,but she was bound to think about it,she thought about her gender dysphoria and that thought leads to her discoverying that she was genderfluid,then that led to her becoming severly depressed and so on,and she started crying,so she made it the quickest shower possible,then changed and started having a breakdown because all of those thoughts led to one thing,cutting,so in her head she kept reapeating 'no' over and over again,then she started whispering it and saying it aloud to the point she was laying on the bathroom floor with her knees pulled up to her chest crying repeating 'no' over and over again but it just kept getting worse and worse and she kept thinking about it and her head was racing with thoughts from cuting to what it would do to everyone and guit and fear and she knew she wasn't okay,and at this point she was shaking and starting to hyperventilate and she has asthma,so she couldn't breath,and eventually passed out. Meanwhile downstairs,Billie was worried about Anna because she would have been back downstairs by now and the worst thoughts came to his mind,so he got up and he went up to Anna's room and knocked on the door,no answer,he called Anna's name,no answer,so he went in and the bathroom door was slighty opened and he knocked on it,no answer,he called Anna's name,no answer,and he didn't hear the shower running or anything,so he went in and he saw Anna passed out,so he knelt down by her,with tears welling up in his eyes
"Anna,Anna,can you hear me,Anna wake up"and he started crying she wasn't waking up so he yelled
"CALL AN AMBULANCE" and everyone went rushing upstairs and went in Anna's room and saw Anna's passed out in Billie's arms and he spoke
"She won't wake up"
"Oh shit"so Adrienne called 911 and in two minutes flat the paramedics were there,so they came in and one of the paramedics asked Billie what happened
"I came to check on her and I found her passed out on the floor and she wouldn't wake up"
"Did she take anything"
"No"
"Does she have any medical conditions"
"She has asthma"
"She has a weak pulse and isn't breathing"and everyone was fighting back tears,so the lifted Anna on a gurney and loaded her into the ambulance and Billie rode with her and everyone got in the car and followed the ambulance to the hospital,so everyone went in and had to wait in the waiting room,and Billie was just a wreck,no one knew what actually happened,and he thought to himself, 'she didn't have any fresh cuts on her arms','she couldn't get ahold of any perscriptions' so it was about two and a half hours before the doctor came out
"Anna Kushner"and everyone stood up
"Anna started hyperventilating which resulted in a severe asthma attack and passed out after lack of breath,but she woke up and we gave her steroids so she will be okay and we will have to keep her here overnight so the steroids get out of her system because they are nothig to mess with"and everyone breathed a sigh of relief and Billie spoke
"Can we see her"
"Yes, right this way"so the doctor led them to Anna's room and she was just laying there,so everyone headed in and Billie spoke
"Hey Anna"
"Hi guys"and Billie sat down in a chair next to her bed
"Do you remember what happened" and Anna nodded and she had tears in her eyes
"Um can you,Mike,and Tre leave, I will be more comfortable explaining it to Adrienne and Joan"
"Of course"so Billie stood up and walked out of the room and Mike and Tre followed,so Adrienne and Joan pulled up chairs to her bed and Adrienne gave her a hug
"So what happened"
"Um I don't shower a lot especially when I'm not okay because then I think of my gender dysphoria and that makes me hate my body and make me feel ugly and then I look at my scars and it makes it worse,then that thought leads to me thinking about when I realized I was genderfluid and gay and got really depressed and basically all the thoughts lead to cutting and I was in the bathroom and I started crying and I had urges and I kept repeating 'no' over and over in my head and I brokedown and was laying on the floor in a ball then I started saying 'no' out loud and then I was crying really bad and shaking and then I started hyperventialating and I couldn't breathe or calm down then I passed out"and both Adrienne and Joan gave her a hug and Adrienne spoke
"You are not ugly and just because you are genderfluid and you have gender dysphoria doesn't make you ugly, you have kick ass style and you are cute and awesome and that makes no difference, no matter what your gender is,okay"
"Okay" and they both gave her hugs again,and Joan went out by the guys and gave them a watered down version of what happend so Anna didn't feel uncomfortable and they came baack in the room and Billie gave Anna a hug and spoke
"Y'know what"
"Huh"
"You are short and fun sized and adorable and have kick ass style and your smile is the best thing in the world to see and you are not ugly and just because you have gender dysphoria doesn't make you ugly,it makes you your own person and you are awesome" and by the end of it Anna was kinda blushing and hiding it
"Like I said adorable"he said and gave her a hug and she was smiling,which made him smile,along with everyone else and Anna spoke
"Wait what are we gonna tell my dad"
"We can just tell him you had a really bad asthma attack"
"Okay,so how long am I in here for,and you better not say six weeks"she said as a joke
"No only overnight so the steroids get out of your system and the doctor said that they are nothing to mess with"
"Yeah he is right like even when I would take me inhalers like they mess with you up for a little while and mess with everything,your emotions,you don't sleep,you are hyper,and you feel like you are literally shaking inside and can cause muscle spazems"
"Wow"
"Yeah I've been on inhalers since I've been two"
"Dang"
"Yeah and the ones they gave me are like steroids on steroids,so I'm not gonna fall asleep until late and crash hard like I've had asthma attacks before and had to go to the hospital thats why I know this"
"Wow"
"Yeah"so Anna rested and everyone stayed there and Billie even had a nurse bring extra chairs for them to sleep in and Anna spoke
"Billie I'm only in here for one night,you guys don't have to all stay"
"Well we love you so deal with it"
"Okay fair enough"so they pretty much relaxed the entire night because there was nothing else to do and everyone passed out, but because of the steroids Anna couldn't fall asleep so Billie stayed up with her and she finally passed out at two in the morning,holding Billie's hand and he passed out too,
Next day
Everyone woke up,Mike went on a coffee run and came back and Anna was still passed out because she was right she crashed hard and it was like noon and she was still passed out and the doctor came in
"I see she is still sleeping,what time did she fall asleep"
"Like two in the morning'
"Yeah the steroids will keep you up,then you crash hard so she'll wake up soon"
"Okay"and like an hour later Anna woke up
"Told I would crash hard"and she yawned
"Yeah no kidding you slept for like 11 hours straight"
"Yeah"so they doctor came back in and spoke
"Well by now the steroids should be out of your system so you can leave soon"
"Okay thanks" so Anna was discharged and they left the hospital and the first thing they did was get ice cream and went up to the point for a while,then headed back home and Billie and Anna went out on the ledge and Anna spoke
"Um are we gonna tell my dad"
"Yeah"then Billie's phone rang,it was their manager
"Hey Billie"
"Hi um would it be okay if you guys made a video about tour"
"Um sure"
"Okay I'll send someone over there now"
"Okay"so Billie hung up and spoke
"Me and the guys have to shoot a video about the tour and someone's gonna be here soon"
"Oh okay"so they got down off the ledge and went down by everyone else and Billie told Mike and Tre what was going on and a little bit later someone showed up
"Hey guys"
"Hi"so he set up and the guys went and sat on the couch and once he was done setting up he started filming and Billie spoke
"Everyone knows that we've been taking a break off tour and we can't really say why but when we do come back we'll make it up to you and give the greatest shows ever" and Mike spoke
"We thank you guys for your love and support and we get you might be upset that we're taking a break but just understand that we had to"and Tre spoke
"We'll be back in a few weeks and are excited to play"and Anna was standing behind the dude filming and watching the guys and Billie gestured for Anna to come over by them so she did and she sat down next to him and he spoke
"We will say that yesterday Anna was hospitalized because she had a severe asthma attack but the good thing is that she's better now"he said smiling and Anna spoke
"Um I wanna apologize for you guys not being able to enjoy a Green Day concert for a little bit and um just thanks for the love a support"and Billie just smiled and gave her a hug and spoke
"I know I say something along these lines at shows and i know this will be on the internet forever and its true Anna is one of the strongest people I know and the coolest kid ever,she survived her mom's emotional,mental,and physical abuse since she's been three,her dad being in a coma for two weeks, being beat up three times,surviving busted lips,busted noses and black eyes,surviving six weeks in the hospital,and yesterday and suviving her Catholic school,being gay,genderfluid and non religious and standing up for what she believes in and just being and awesome kid"he said smiling and Mike spoke
"And her being able to kill it on guitar and having kick ass style"he said smiling and Tre spoke
"And her awesome sense of humor"and then Billie had an idea
"I'm Billie"and Mike and Tre got it
"I'm Mike"
"Microphone"Tre said and they all started laughing
"And your watching us and we're watching the camera so you can watch TV and watch us"and they were all still laughing and Billie spoke
"Anyway guys thanks for understanding and the love and support and we will be jumping off amps soon"and the dude filming stopped and spoke
"Okay thats good" and the guys all gave Anna a hug and she was smiling,so the dude filming hooked the camera up to a laptop and Billie spoke
"Edit nothing out of that"
"Will do"so he uploaded the video to YouTube on the band's account and after he did that he left and Anna was still smiling like an idiot and that made everyone else happy that she was happy,and she had fewer breakdowns and Billie gave her a hug and she spoke
"My dad never goes on YouTube so he won't know about my asthma attack"
"Okay,so what do you wanna do now"
"Um can we go to the park,Joans never played woodchips"
"Sure"so everyone headed to the park and brought little Billie, and Adrienne sat on bench with little Billie and Anna explained woodchips to Joan,so Billie was it first so he counted to ten and Anna,Mike,Tre,and Joan all ran on the playground,and Billie was short so it took a while for him to tag anyone and Mike tried to make a run for it when he started coming on the playground but Billie called woodchips so he was it with Mike and then they got Tre,so it was just Joan and Anna left and so eventually Billie got Anna
"Damn it"
"Ha"so she got down and went by the guys and they all tried to get Joan but finally gave up and did what Anna did and stood on the slide
"Ha victory"so they played around with little Billie and swung on the swings and had a good time and drove around with music and Anna passed out as usual,so they drove back home and Billie carried her and put her in bed and gave her a kiss on her forehead and left her to sleep,and went back downstairs by everyone
"She's out"so they relaxed and finally went to bed
And at like three in the morning Anna woke up and her head was racing,so she wrote a note for Billie and grabbed her head and went up to the skate park and sat in the bowl and got her head clear and looked out for cops and just sat up and watched the sun rise,so she went over Starbucks and got coffee and just skated around for a while until like nine then headed back home and walked in and set her board down and sat up on the counter with her coffee,then Billie walked in and she pointed to her note and he nodded and made coffee and hopped up on the counter and smiled at her and spoke
"So where did ya go"
"Skate park for a few hours then went to Starbucks"
"Cool"
"Yeah I woke up and I had to clear my head"
"Okay do you just wanna relax today"
"Yeah"so thats what the did they relaxed and took it easy and had a good time.
