Chapter 3

*next morning*
Christians pov

Me: Hey I'm here
Kaitlyn❤️: Alright be out in a sec

I was nervous but excited. I was excited because this would be fun. I was nervous because I had no clue what this would entitle, especially the talk we were about to have. She walked out of the house carrying a couple bags and I got out and helped her.

"Morning cutie."

"Morning handsome."

"Ooo new name!" She laughed.

"Is king Ryan even awake?"

"Actually yes he is. He's working that two kids with a third on the way schedule."

"What a trooper." We got in the car and talked.

"So, what were you thinking." I asked her. She starts playing with her hands,

"Well I know what I want but I wanna know what you want cause I don't wanna say what I want in case you think I want it because you're you even though I don't want it just because you're you and that I want it because I want it you know?" God was she cute. I take her hands so she stops fidgeting.

"Well, I know what I want. And I know what you're talking about so I know what you want too. So what if we go on a few more dates and see where it goes or just skip over the dates and say we're together. Because I'm okay with either of those." She smiles,

"Yay!"

"God you're adorable. Alright let's get going."

"Wait!" She says as I start the car. Then she grabs my face and kisses me.

"Now we can go." I just shake my head and smile. This would be fun.

We get to the hotel and the guys are standing in the lobby waiting to go.

"Wow everyone's ready on time." I said as we pulled up.

"Hello boys!" Kaitlyn says as they all got in the car.

"Hello Kaitlyn!" They simultaneously said back.

I drive us to Starbucks we get our coffee and then we're off. I very slyly reached over and grabbed Kaitlyns hand to hold, but apparently it wasn't good enough.

"What are you girls whispering about back there?" Kaitlyn asks. We all laugh.

Everyone knew we went on a date, they obviously figured out what happened from what I told them.

"First, you're going to fit in great with everyone." Moose says.

"Second, how was the date?" Yaz asks.

"It was good." We both said as our smiles grew.

"Good? Just good? Christian your hand is in her lap and Kaitlyn you keep staring at him, that's not just good."

"Hey Yaz why don't you shut up." Ryan says.

Kaitlyn and I look at each other and then back at the road.

"Well um, yes that is true yes. And um we did have fun last night and um," I didn't know what to say.

"We liked it, it was fun, we had a good time and we're gonna go out more and see what happens." Kaitlyn interrupts me and finishes my thought for me.

"Awe that's cute." Moose says.

"Yeah." I say as I take a glance at her. She was pretty cute too. 

We had been on the road for a few hours and stopped at a rest stop to stretch and use the bathroom. Kaitlyn had moved to the back to sit with them now and I was alone up front.
