We lost game two and then won games three and four. Then we lost five and six. So here we were. Game seven. We took THE New York Yankees into game seven in the World Series. One of the best parts? We were here back in Milwaukee. We could win the World Series on home turf. My childhood dreams could come true today.

You can't even deny it, everyone was nervous. It was the Yankees in game seven of the World Series how could you not be?

I've low key been freaking out all day. Whenever I was I'd go see Kaitlyn. I walked in to her office and she wasn't there. I still sat down in a chair and just leaned against the wall and tried to breathe.

"Yeah no I'll let you know! Oh hey, babe?" She closed the door. "What's going on are you okay?" I shook my head no. "Alright what's going on." She took my hand as she pulled a chair over.

"I'm so scared Kaitlyn."

"Okay and that's okay. You're okay. Just breathe."

"I just want this so bad. I just wanna give this city a championship. They deserve it."

"I know you do."

"I love this game but I wouldn't be who I am without them. I want this for them. I want this for you."

"I know sweetie."

"I just don't know how I'll be if we lose. We've never made it this far. We have to win."

"And you can. It's possible. I know it is. You take all this and put this to the game? You guys got this. I know you do." She pulled me into her chest and hugged me. "And remember, you got your biggest supporter right alongside you guys."

"Thank you."

"Always baby."

It was like once the game started all our nerves went away. It's like the energy from the fans just changed everything for us. We needed it.

No one had really scored, well, except them. It was two to one them most of the game. They'd put up a fight and almost score again but we'd stop them. And then they'd do the same for us. It was frustrating to say the least.

It was the eighth inning. We were still two one. They struck out Moose and Arcia. But then Gamel singled, Thames singled, and Cain walked. I was up and they had a pitching change. Whenever guys were on and I was up they did that. Of course having the bases loaded was another reason. But they were also afraid of me, everyone was.

I could feel my heartbeat in my ears. I felt the ground shaking below me. The fans screams were running through my veins. They had me in a two one count. A single could tie the game. A double would give us the lead. A triple could put as ahead. A home run gave us the win. I had one last chance to make this happen. To be a hero.

"Please. Anything."

"I'm going to throw up. I'm going to throw up. I'm going to throw up. I'm going,"

"KAITLYN BREATHE. ALSO YOU'RE CRUSHING MY HAND." Hailie said.

They all got seats right by the pit the whole series. The difference for this game was that Cody, Walker and Kiké showed up too.

"Sorry."

I honestly did feel like I was going to throw up. My leg was bouncing a mile a minute. My hands were shaking. I was about to start rocking back and forth. We all just wanted this so bad. I played with my ring the whole time.
