Chapter 53 - Showdown

Jack watches carefully as Negan kneels right in front of Rick's face. The two men stare at each other, making eye contact, Jack is really scared right now as Rick threatens him once again. She has the safety off her gun, ready to shoot these assholes if she has too. But she also worries about Carl, is Negan really going to kill him, she doesn't know he didn't tell her that plan and she would have disagreed none the less.

Negan chuckles and let's out a smile in Rick's face, and Jack wonders what he is about to say, she can tell by his reaction to those words he is not very happy being threatened again. "Jesus" he breaths out lightly. "Wow, Rick...okay" he stands up and walks over behind Carl knocking his hat off "You said i could it" he says and he gets ready to swing, but a familiar voice stops him.

"Negan, don't you don't have too" Jack looks right to him and he hesitates for a minute, holding Lucille in mid air. "You're better than this, i know it baby you can stop this now" he lowers his bat a little more and she goes to walk over to him, but a sudden jump behind them causes everyone to panic.

A tiger jumps out and attacks saviors behind where Negan is and Jack pulls her gun up and shoots who ever she can. Her priority is to get to Negan, but there is so much happening she takes cover, trying to avoid getting shot. Negan calls out for her but she can't really hear him over the loud shots flying past her ears. She stays low to the ground as she loses sight of Negan, he attempts to get to her but he takes cover as well.

Negan yells over to her. "Stay down, baby i will get you" Jack continues to shoot at random people until she sees the widow and others from Hilltop, but she has no idea where the tiger came from or who the man with the long dreads. She keeps herself still, while watching all the chaos going on around her, some saviors make it over to the trucks and she can't see Negan anymore so she goes around to the back to make a run for it straight to Negan's truck.

She makes it to the back, where she attempts to climb in, but she sees the pool table in the back so she steps back for a moment where she is knocked down by Rosita, who has the look of fury in her eyes. She knows who the red haired girl is and now she wants to kill her to hurt Negan. But Jack has a different plan the two woman fight, shoving each other and punching.

Jack brings her fist up to punch her in the face, so she falls off of her and Jack attempts to get to the truck once again on to be grabbed by Rosita who trips her again so she falls on her face. Both girls have bloody noses at this point and the only thing in Jack's mind is finding Negan and getting the hell out of there. "You fucking bitch, get the fuck off of me"

Jack yells out, now straddling her but Rosita hit's her in the stomach and she hit her pretty damn hard that Jack falls on her side clenching her stomach. Rosita kicks her again, and Jack winds up surrendering to her since she can hardly breath at the moment. Back over near where Jack last saw him, Negan and Simon find their way over behind a car, where he catches a glimpse of the widow, knowing now that she is alive.

"A goddamn tiger, the widow is alive guns a fucking blazing. You taste that Simon, that is the taste of shit" Negan and Simon both try to shoot people and Negan looks to find Jack, but does not see her. Shit is going down and he has to get his girl and his people out of there, and now. "Where's Jack you see her?" He asks Dwight who made it to the trucks, some of the other saviors climb into them and start to drive off. "Somebody fucking answer me where is my fucking girl, tell me now?"

"She got into the truck, i seen her she is in that one that left already i swear on my life sir" a man says and gunshots get closer and Negan panics as he demands them to start the trucks.

"You better be fucking right, let's get the fuck out of here now" Negan is extremely worried right now, but he knows Jack if she made it to the truck she would get in and stay hidden so they all move out, Negan flipping them off as they shoot at his truck leaving the gates.
