Catra sat at the foot of her bed and was sobbing her eyes out. Catra had just awoken from an afternoon nap by a terrible nightmare. Adora just left her, Hope hated her, the Rebellion locked her up, and Shadow Weaver and Hordak, hurting her until she falls and doesn't get up. It was like her greatest fears come to life.

"Mom, is everything okay?" A little girl rushed in. "I heard crying."

"I'm sorry, did I wake you?" Catra cleared her eyes.

"No, I was going to bed but then I heard crying in here."

"I'm fine, kitten. I just had a bad dream."

"What happened?"

"Your mom didn't love me anymore and everyone else was...going to hurt me."

"But mommy loves you. She says you're are one of the greatest things that happen."

"Tell your mom that's very sweet."

"MOMMY! MOM SAYS YOU'RE SWEET!"

"Hope!" Catra held her daughter's mouth shut.

Adora came in. "What did you...say?" She could see the tear stains on Catra's eyes. "You okay, Cat?"

"I'm alright."

"She said you don't love her anymore in a dream." Hope's voice saddened.

"What? What does that mean?" Adora looked at Catra.

"It was just a nightmare."

"Hope, can you go wait in the other room?"

"Yes, mom." Hope jumped off the bed and went to her room.

"Why does she have to wait outside?" Catra didn't turn to look at Adora.

"Because she's only six and I can tell what your nightmares were about." Adora sat next to her. "Was he there?"

"Every since we defeated him, it's like he's haunting through my mind. Every time I think he's gone, she just appears. It's like he wants me to give up and rot."

"But you haven't. Catra, do you even realize how far you've come?"

"I suppose."

"Don't suppose; know." Adora held Catra's chin and made her face herself. "Catra, I've never told you this but I am so proud of you. Catra, I know you. I've grown up with you. Catra in the past ten years, we've defeated the Horde once and for all, together, you've befriended the Rebellion, we've been all over, seeing all of Etheria and outside of it. We saw the world just like we always wanted. Now, look! We have a life together! A daughter, a home, a family. Hordak has nothing on us anymore."

"Maybe you're right."

"You want to know something?"

"You are an inspiration to me."

"Me? An inspiration to you? You're She-Ra, why would someone like me inspire you?"

"Someone like you inspired me because no matter what it took for you to open that portal, you only cared about what we wanted. Did you really think I didn't realize that you knew something was up at the time? Catra, as a villain, you still wanted us to see the world and be together. You showed me that if you truly loved someone, you'd do whatever it took to get them back. That devotion to your goal actually made me smile. When we woke up that day, you didn't hurt me. You knew that something was wrong but you were still happy. It was the most genuine happiness I felt from you in a long.
