"Thanks for agreeing to help, Hope," Calico said as Hope tried unlocking the door with her dagger.

"Are you kidding? If I get to break into something, I'm all in," Hope quietly yet manically laughed.

"I was gonna ask Echo to come but she had to leave,"

"Aww, what happened? Your girlfriend's dad found out you guys were out...alone in the woods...nearly night,"

"It wasn't like that and she's not my girlfriend,"

"You may have received mom's good looks but you also received She-Ra's terrible lying,"

"How's the lock coming?" He changed the subject.

"Fine. We'll talk about it later," Hope heard the lock unlock. "Cause I got in!"

"Perfect! Now, all we have to is find something on our moms and-WHOA!" Calico moved as an arrow flew past him and hit Hope in the face.

Except blooding dripping from Hope, she giggled.

"Dude, it's a plush arrow. You should know that Bow would never set a real, deadly trap," She snorted. She looked around at the library. "I don't know who'd wanna break in here, it's dusty, nothing but books, and you can tell that those cobwebs are fresh,"

"Will you relax? It's not like there's not gonna be spiders?" Calico felt something brush against his leg. "Hope, it's a library you don't have to be scared," He hissed.

"I'm not scared, what do you mean?"

"Your tail?"

"My tail's over here, genius," Hope hugged her tail.

"Then what's..." Calico and Hope looked down to see a large spider near their legs. Both siblings stared at each other and screamed, running out of the library.

"It's official. I hate spiders. I can deal with the monsters on Beast Island and the Crimson Waste, I can deal with the deadly sea creatures in the oceans, I can ever deal with mom's grounding but spiders are at the top of the list!" Calico yelled, brushing a string of web off his leg.

"Will you calm down? They're gone! Not to mention, four of them are dead," Hope said, cutting a piece of the web in her hair.

"Thank you, Hope,"

"Thank me by never having me unlock spider-infested territories,"

"Deal," Calico helped his sister up.

Hope's ears twitched. "You heard that?"

"Heard what?"

"That weird, ghosty noise,"

"It's probably just the wind,"

"It's never just the wind, 'Lico! Haven't you paid attention to the stories Echo told us? It came from the bushes!"

"Look, I'll bet if we go over there, it's might gonna be some bunny or a little lizard. Do you wanna see?"
