Adora was sound asleep in her bed, dreaming of a new day where Etheria will win the battle against the Horde. Adora and the rebellion have been defeating the Horde countless times and the Horde hasn't been sending out anything huge in the rebels way. Half of Adora's feeling knew that someday they will defeat the Rebels once and for all but another part said thought about the possibility of Horde Prime or Shadow Weaver turning against the Rebellion or something worse would come for her and her friends.

But as she snoozed, all of those horrible thoughts vanished.

In the middle of the night, a figure crept into Adora's room. Their eyes were swelled from tears and limped towards Adora's bed. Adora began waking up to the sound of something crashing down.

"Glimmer? Bow?" Adora groaned. "It's the middle of the night." Adora could barely get a glimpse of the person in the room.

"Hey, Adora." The person weakly let out.

"Catra?"

"Who'd you think it was?"

"What are you doing here? I do not want to see you."

"Adora, I can't even see you."

"You know what I mean." Adora wandered around the room looking for her sword. "When I find the sword, remind me to hold it up to your neck."

"I didn't come here to fight, Adora."

"Why else would you be here?"

"I came here to talk." Adora fell down with glass breaking.

---♢---

"So what did you need to talk about?"

"Well, it's actually more like an apology."

"If you're here to apologize for everything you've done the Rebellion and to Etheria then, you can leave right now."

"Adora, I'm apologizing to you, too."

"Me?" Adora found her sword. "What do you mean?"

"You..." Catra breathed out. "...were right."

"Is this a hoax or something?"

"No, Adora. You were right about the Horde, about what we're doing, about me."

"What's going on, Catra?"

"You can't see me right?"

"Hold on, I know how to get some light."

"Adora, wai-"

"See? That wasn't so..." Adora peered towards Catra's direction. Catra was covered from head to toe with bruises, her blue eye bruised, and cuts all over her the right arm of her body. "Catra, what happened to you?"

"I happened."

"What are you talking about?"

"Hordak...disposed me."
